We love this jewel in the Oxfordshire countryside. The site was busy but there was still a warm welcome. We love the bus stop right outside with services to Oxford via Witney and to Abingdon. The site was pretty with all the blossom out and it was lovely to hear the birds. It is a very tidy site and showers and toilets are kept very clean.

The reason why we have not given the site a 5 is because of the dish wash area. For £42 a night we expected a bit more (last year paid £27). The hot water pressure is quite low and as there is just a roof and it was quite blowy the water didn't stay hot for long. The shower block is lovely but the water pressure there wasn't great either even when the only one in there, and the water was not that warm.

That said, the site and staff are so nice that, yes, we would go back despite that....Read less.

For the first time in at least 20years the standard has gone down. The showers were very poor and I asked for a pitch uso I could get satellite tv and was given one where it wasn’t possible. The staff were so lovely but the pool, changing room and locker facilities were poor and expensive.

The small curtain door to the women’s changing room was not private at all, and with only two cubicles, it was not big enough for the four families trying to use it. The lockers were very old with a rusted key and no attached safety pin, so we had to leave the tiny keys wrapped in our towel which made it unrelaxing! I kept worrying it would get lost, then I’d be stranded there without my clothes and towel when needed.

Steam room and sauna were nowhere near hot enough, with large water droplets constantly landing on my head from above in the steam room. The pool temp was cold and it was too small to do lengths when sharing with three families with small children. We did consider hiring it privately but in all honesty it was of too poor of quality to pay £40 to do so. Not a good experience. My 21 year old daughter left after only five minutes, as so unimpressed....Read less.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Helpful staff and wonderfully kept site. Didn't get chance but would certainly use the pool next time especially if we bring the grandchildren. We found the campsite staff helpful, friendly and the campsite is clean and tidy with access to a swimming pool (extra charge) However the reason we would not return, the pitches are extremely difficult to access, with very little turning space, caravans without a motor mover would really find it difficult. With regards to the fresh water fill up area for a motorhome, it is positioned on the back of the toilet block, which is in the flow of traffic entering the site, when we arrived it was extremely busy and it would be impossible to fill our tank without causing a major back up of cars, caravans and motorhome. Lastly the motorhome waste point is very small and located near the reception. It was impossible for us to drain our tank in the area provided....Read less.

First time away in a caravan for us and we were very pleased we chose Lincoln Park. Lovely clean amenities and great staff. Nice little shop for essentials and games room for little ones also indoor heated pool. Good coffee and cake van on site every morning and lovely fish and chip van on site on Friday evenings. Pub just outside the site which we used for Sunday lunch and it was yummy and dog friendly too. All in all fantastic start to our caravan adventures and I’m sure we will be back....Read less.

Travelled in rain, arrived to glorious sunshine. Pitch 50 was in a great location for toilets, washing up, laundry etc. this pitch was under a large Willow tree so even though we had rain in the night it felt like it was all night as water coming off branches. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and their shop holds lots of stock just in case you forget an essential or there is a small post office in the village. There is a pool and gym on site for a fee. This is quite expensive for families and could possibly be included in the per night cost or a free

Visit during your stay. The toilet block was spotless despite how wet the ground had been from all the rain we’ve had; showers were spotlessly clean, I have arthritis in my hands and the push operation was difficult as the water only comes out for a few minutes. we used the pub for Sunday lunch next door to the site which was excellent. I decided to book Lincoln farm park over Easter as Easter was early this year and I was thinking about the possibility of wet weather.

All pitches are hard standing so you don’t get muddy vans or awnings.

The site is extremely well kept, lovely warm shower and toilet area, although I would say the only down side was the push button shower only staying on for 2 seconds in one cubicle ( by the time I had turned round to wet my hair it had stopped)

Nice walks, good play area with a further local play area just down the road.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Black Horse pub.

Our two children (6 and 8) loved the play park, the games room and the swimming pool. The site felt very safe. We had a lovely spacious pitch with a picnic bench. The facilities were very clean, although the showers could do with being a bit warmer.

We had fish and chips on the Friday night from the van, they were delicious.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.

We visited Oxford on the park and the ride, the children loved the natural history museum.

We enjoyed a few days at Lincoln farm Park.

The site is very clean and tidy and the gardens are well kept.

The toilet / shower blocks are kept clean at all times.

There is a pub just outside the campsite plus some nice local walks/bike rides to the lakes.

Our grandchildren came to visit and they enjoyed the children's playpark.

There is a nice indoor swimming pool , sauna etc which is open for a couple of hours a day. 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. This has an extra cost but it's nice if it is quiet in there!

And Thursday 2 beautiful steaks bottle of wine of your choice. Is 45 pounds absolutely beautiful the village fishchip van come to the site every Friday. One word describes Lincoln Farm Park "OUTSTANDING".

From start to finish our stay was fantastic from the spotless heated shower & toilet block, the facilities, launderette, pot washing, recycling points, to our large fully services pitch with our own picnic table ( weather did not allow us to use this), the immaculately kept grounds and I loved the "adult Wendy house" as I called it with information on places to visit nearby and a small selection of board games to entertain families.

We never used the swimming pool, gym or games room with a few arcade machines and pool table but they looked good.

All the staff we came into contact with were polite, helpful, friendly and were happy to chat to us.

There is a bus stop right outside so getting into Whitney and Oxford was very easy.

The location of the park is in a lovely wee village surrounded by peace and quiet.

Value for money a big YES, you pay for quality and you get that here.

We will be back.

The site is very well landscaped. It has adequate size pitches and the picnic tables a bonus. The site wasn't full so ok for us, but I can imagine during busy times, it would feel quite cramped, (just our opinion). We set up on fully serviced pitch. First problem, waste water drain completely blocked up with gravel. Needed a new mesh over the top. As far as I'm concerned, pitch should of been prepped/checked prior to our arrival and the drain cleared. The facility block was clean, warm, well laid out and although we didn't use them there is fridge-freezer and microwave, nice touch. The showers are not adjustable, neither direction or temperature. This made only two out of five in the mens any good and one of them, the basin hot tap had no water from it and the other one, the basin hot tap had to be pulled up to stop the water flow. One of the toilets had a poor flush and another had the door top hinge coming away. Maintenance!!

Lincoln Farm Park is a very neat well kept site with spacious fully serviced pitches, albeit some of the others did look a bit tight. It’s right in the village and has some good dog walks around it, although the one on site is very small, just a passage really and you have to keep dogs on lead.

We had a Sunday lunch at the local pub (just outside the gates to the park) which was excellent.

Easy access to Oxford via car and park and ride service and Blenheim Palace was close too.

My wife used the pool which she said was good but only open for fairly short hours but that may be the time of year we went.

Overall a great stay. The site generally is beautifully maintained, staff are friendly & helpful and facilities are very good. Well situated for Oxford, but avoid taxis which cost £45 each way!

Slight down side were the showers. I appreciate you are supporting David Bellamy, but some showers only gave you 10 seconds so constantly pressing. Also the spray is very fine so needs to be kept unblocked to prevent spray going everywhere which was the case in many and led to a poor shower experience.

Very nice friendly site, with modern clean facilities . This is a larger site than we would normally stay at but with lots of hedging and fencing

it provides a lot of privacy, giving the feeling of personal space to each unit

It was out of season so it was at a very good for value offer.

We stayed here because we wished to visit Oxford first then the surrounding area.

To visit Oxford there is a Motorhome section on the Redbridge Park& Ride but note you need to buy a parking permit first then bus tickets.

Lovely staff, pretty site which is well maintained. However, the disabled shower is not fit for purpose. It has a push button that you need to keep pushing to get the water to flow. How is a disabled person expected to keep pushing a button in order to have a wash! When the water does eventually start coming through, it is warm, not hot. The sink is too small to be able to clean your teeth in. My husband also told me the men's showers were very poor, too. Again, push the button, warm at best. The flow of water coming out the fixed shower head spurts in all different directions and the flow of water is poor. He tried to shave in the sink, but the water kept going down the plug hole even though the plug was in. In some sinks, the hot water tap didn't even work. My friend told that similarly the ladies showers were very poor. Again push button, she said the flow of water from the fixed head spurted in all different directions, and it was impossible to wash her hair....Read less.

Lincoln Farm Park is a lovely site with good amenities. We asked to be sited with our friends and appreciated that this was done. We loved the peace and quiet and the bird song. We also appreciated having a bus stop right outside the site.

Perhaps two negatives .... the shower water was only lukewarm in the afternoon. Also the grey water emptying service point for motorhomes was inadequate... it is too small and the cover too heavy for some people. It would be better if it was an open. grid.

They have a swimming pool but we did not use.

Toilet blocks are spotless, sadly spoiled by poor shower controls and cool water. The push button control lasts for only 7 seconds…. Not enough time for hair rinsing, body wash etc., constantly have to hold the button down is not good enough. Water never got to a reasonable temperature.

The “dog walk” is awful… a long dark corridor (circa 5’ wide ) dwarfed by tall trees on one side and a new very high timber fence line on the other. Dogs did not like being there.

Shame for the couple of negative issues, if these could be addressed it would be a 5 star site....Read less.

Spacious site with excellent facilities. Ideally situated for a weekend with our granddaughter after picking her up from school. Fish & chip Friday, a pub nearby and a bus stop (to Whitney) across the road are a bonus. The 'private' swimming pool sessions are great, although significant extra cost.

A pity that during the winter close down the games room was not refurbished. and machines repaired. It is the start of the season and there are still most games machines not working, just like much of last year....Read less.

Stayed at Lincoln Farm Park for 4 nights in March 24. We were really impressed with the standard of the campsite and amenities, it was absolutely immaculate. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very picturesque. The village pub(the black horse) is lovely. There are local bus stops just outside the site so exploring the area was easy, you can also go further afield (Abingdon Oxford etc) on the national buses. However the local buses don't run on Sundays. The site has a lovely leisure facility with 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, gym etc etc...

If I had to find fault with the site it was the showers. They are automatic cut off type, but only stay on for a few seconds. I understand this is to save water but it is difficult to shower if the shower is only running for 5 seconds. I also thought the leisure facilities were a bit expensive. I understand it would have given us full us of all the facilities but I only wanted to use the pool....Read less.

Good large gravel pitches with with grass areas, well spaced and well maintained. Warm shower block that was very clean and looked after.

Beware local pub doesn't do food Monday to Wednesday during low season, but site has take menus from places that deliver and a few food essentials in the freezers and on the shop shelves.

The staff clearly love what they do everyone I met was so friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and so well maintained. Toilet block warm and very very clean. Only downside push button showers which you have to get close to wall to appreciate which seems a shame when you have such a large space. I would have loved a swim etc but having paid over £30 a night the extra £7 for an adult session which was at best an hour and a half long really put me off. We were welcomed warmly and given a thorough guide to the amenities available and the local area including bus stop right outside the site gate into nearby town of Witney.

On your arrival at Lincoln Farm you are welcomed by the lovely, very pleasant wardens who are always there to offer you help, if and when needed.

When entering the site you are met by pristine surroundings, well kept pitches and beautifully clean facilities.

We always hire the swimming pool for private use, which is warm and immaculately kept.

The surrounding area offers 3 lovely country pubs with very good food. A short drive away is Blenheim Palace, Burford and Minster Lovell and many more Cotswold villages.

Once again thank you to all the wonderful wardens for their dedication and hard work in making our stay at LF so enjoyable.

Can not fault this lovely clean site with a well stocked shop, play park, swimming pool & family games room. Nice toilet & shower block, the only downside is you have to keeping pressing the shower tap every 30 seconds and the water could be a bit warmer for the winter months, but other than that they are probably the nices shower blocks we have been in.

We have been visiting Lincoln Farm for many years and the site is still as good as it always has been. Very quiet site and immaculately kept, the pitches are well spaced out with plenty of trees and shrubbery making for a very upmarket feel . The only criticism I have is the lack of a proper Motorhome service point, you only have a grey waste drain by reception area but if your waste drain is on the o/s of your vehicle you would have to leave site, turn your vehicle around and come back in to use it!, so I would recommend booking a service pitch if you have a Motorhome or camper to make things a little easier for you( lack of MSP was my only reason for not giving a 5 star rating)....Read less.

Filled up with fresh water outside reception as guided by staff. Weather was not kind to us but not sites fault!

Nice but pricey pub just outside site & bus stop directly outside thankfully, as we were very limited in terms of walking due to flooded fields. The site itself wasn't too bad but did have a new water feature on 2nd evening by reception 😀

The toilet /shower block was spotless and by far one of the best we've seen. Previous comments about water temp on various forums didn't seem to still being an issue as they were nice temp inot scolding, perhaps some people like the water pipping hot?

The only downsize we though was that the pitches are pretty 'compact' and we witnessed a few caravans having difficulty getting van & car on hardstanding. The serviced pitches were a bit bigger but still small in comparison to many sites.

Highly recommend this site. It’s very well kept, very clean and warm toilets and showers. Very organised recycling. A picnic bench on your pitch, which is a good size. There is a fridge, microwave and washing machine and tumble dryer. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our four nights at Lincoln farm park, very clean and tidy and great facilities. Our only disappointment was finding out the swimming pool was closed for our stay. We only found this out when we arrived (I checked back through my emails incase I missed it) and was the main reason we booked this site so the kids had something to do in the poor weather. :(

We have been to Lincoln Farm a few times now and one of the main reasons we go is to enjoy a swim and Sauna, So when the site opened I booked it for this reason. When we arrived we were told the pool was not open and was asked did you not read the note when we booked. No, I didnt and when I checked the website again it was not obvious, you actually had to look at the pool pictures to see the note! Why would you look at the pictures of the pool when you’ve been there many times and know what it looks like. The note should be on the first page of the website or on the booking form, not tucked away somewhere!!!!!

We do love the site though, it’s clean, well laid out and safe for kids. It’s location to Witney is great. The local pub is always a treat as well. Despite the disappointment of the pool being closed, it still is a lovely site!
