Our stay was lovely as it was last year. Facilities were great and the fact that in the shower rooms there was efficient storage for your washing and clothes to not get wet. Fabulous idea. We have visited this site a couple of times and would recommend it to campers and caravan enthusiasts. The pitches are so green and well maintained, and more spacious than other sites we’ve pitched at. We booked a sea view this time and it was worth the additional expense, the sheep in the adjacent field are very soothing!

Both sets of facilities are well maintained, always clean, with enough showers for everyone. The staff are very warm and friendly, they work hard to keep their standards and make sure the site feels safe for all.

There is a little shop on site with all the essentials, including coffee-to-go for pack down day.

Only 1 suggestion, if people arrive early, why not let them on even if it's a small charge. Especially when the site was so empty. We arrived 11.30, but we're told to go away and return after 1.30. after we had made good time getting there, so we had to go into woolacombe to kill a few hours,

A beautifully landscaped site with a fishing lake and 14 acre wildlife area. Lots of private pitches with hedging on three sides. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were always immaculate with smaller block having several family shower cubicles. Washing machines, tumble dryers and microwave available. Absolutely nothing to find fault with. Hi, overall, we had a good stay, the weather unfortunately didn't play ball and we had to leave earlier than planned.

The staff on site were very friendly and helpful and we couldn't fault them at all, the woodland walk was brilliant and the dog and I had a great time exploring the woodland.

The site was clean and tidy and very well kept.

I think what we didn't like was the pitch we were on, it may have been okay for a caravan or motor home, but not great for a tent. The ground slopped to one side and was uneven. We had to pitch as close to the hedge as possible, and with stronger winds forecast, I found we were a bit exposed, perhaps more thought was needed when allocating pitches....Read less.

A wonderful campsite in a great part of the world on the north Devon coast. This campsite is top quality with great facilities.

The site has a well stocked shop with friendly staff. The pitch was really good. Hedged areas to separate pitches were wildlife corridors so it was great watching the birds. We had a sea view pitch that was lovely watching over the coast line of north Devon.

The toilet and shower blocks were spotless and very well maintained. These were very good facilities

The dog walk is the best anywhere and has really grown to mature trees. Showers are excellent for young families and older people. Location is great for Woolacombe

We love Warcombe Farm and noticed a few negative reviews on some websites. One complaint was the staff are rude - they are always polite and helpful to us and I'm sure would only be rude if faced with verbal abuse. Another complaint was the site is too rules -ey - that's exactly why we keep coming back. Just because you're on holiday it doesn't mean you can do what you like and disrespect other holiday makers with excessive noise and generally being disruptive.

We like Warcombe Farm because the showers are always hot, facilites are kept clean, it's quiet, there's lots of bats(!)- for my husband, not me, the staff are always on hand if you have a question, but are definitely not spying on you, there is so much to walk to - Woolacombe, Lea Bay, Croyde, Ilfracombe, Morte Point, Rockham Bay (we saw 9 seals this time), Bull Point lighthouse.

I have recommended your site to quite a few work colleagues - I turn into a marketing guru once I get started!

The facilities on the site are excellent, The shower blocks are spacious and kept to a high standard. Our dog loves the dog walking field, rummaging in the long grass and plenty of bins for dog waste. The laundry area has plenty of washing machines & tumble driers The staff are very friendly and chatty, waving as they go by in their little buggies. With all the facilities this is good value for money.

Woolacombe & Saunton Sands beaches are clean and great for swimming.

Lee Farm is great for breakfasts and the butchers in Braunton do a good variety of BBQ meats though they have limited opening hours, start early but finish early too. We had a lovely meal in the Shipaground in Mortehoe, large portions and quick friendly service....Read less.

We have been to Warcombe 3 times over the last few years and we are always impressed with the cleanliness of the site particularly the toilet facilities second to none in my opinion!

The park is always tidy and the grass is always short and the staff are always friendly and hard working.

The lake is great for fishing but needs de-weeding a lot as it spoils the fishing.

After staying here in 2022 we knew exactly where we wanted to go for our mini break this year!

Easy to check in and was shown to our spot in minutes.

We had a pitch plus and it was near the amenities as requested.

The shower block is kept amazingly clean & has under floor heating (the music is fab in there too!).

There's a wonderful dog park to walk our pooch. You're only a 20-30 min walk from Woolacombe beach .

First experience of this site and was really impressed. Very well managed, great facilities and lovely pitches. Personal highlight was the dog walking area which was a maze of different paths so you could vary the walk each time. Very response when I asked to be moved as my dog can be a little reactive and I had been placed right by the toilets. Moved me to a much quieter spot which I loved and my dog was really good. The children loved the play park and the freedom to run around the green areas and walks…also great for our dog too.

We are serial returners to this site. We love it. Great, friendly, hardworking staff. Modern and clean facilities. Lovely variety of pitches. Great size and well maintained dog walk. We first came here as tenters but have progressed to a motorhome. All are catered for. For the first time we grabbed some food at the van on site, we had Mexican. The surrounding area is beautiful. This trip we did the short walk into Lee and had an evening meal at The Grampus followed by the open mike night which was great. We also had a drive over to Watermouth and sampled the delights of the Storm in a Teacup cafe. We also had sun!!! Can’t recommend this site highly enough....Read less.

The location is excellent and the staff were great! We thought the facilities were generous and clean, the only complaint would be that the laundry facilities aren’t great. Good enough to quickly wash a couple of tea towels to peg out but not helpful if you’ve got any heavy wet, muddy items (we had some bad weather). Would be a good investment to get a washing machine with a larger drum size and faster spin cycle along with a heavier duty tumble dryer.

This is one of our favourite sites. The pitches are large and well kept. Many are surrounded by hedges and have electric, water, picnic bench.

The facilities are plentiful and immaculate. I've never had to queue for any of the facilities.

The staff are lovely.

The site is safe which gives my kids (9 & 5) some freedom to roam. They never fail to make friends when they visit and they enjoy the play area. There is a barrier to enter / exit the site and a strict 5mph speed limit on-site.

The food wagons offer a nice selection for evening meals if you fancy a night off cooking.

Woolacombe beach is huge, sandy and spotless. My boys happily spend the full day there and always ask to return.

Watermouth Castle was a fun day out.

We also enjoy visiting the various National Trust locations in the area.

This is a lovely location for a campsite, facilities on offer are really good and clean with plenty of toilets, showers, washing up areas and even a place to wash your sandy items. The kids particularly loved the area to recycle your beach items and we put back what we used after our week there.

It was half term but the site didn’t feel over crowded and everyone was spaced out nicely.

I suppose why we only gave it an average was the amount of rules. Having camped at other places I thought this was particularly strict. I realise this is because of insurances but it was quite full on. We stayed for half a day extra but had to buy another night on a pitch which again could they offer a cheaper storing fee if you were leaving before 6pm? We had to move the caravan to the new pitch and when we came back at 3pm to collect the van and leave no one was on our pitch so it would have been nice to have just left the van there rather then killing our selves to move it by 11am.

An excellent campsite with great facilities, level,and spacious pitches. Great having the different themed food vans on site at night and the on site store has all the essentials you may need. The washroom facilities are the cleanest and spacious I have probably seen in my many years camping. Family Shower rooms are a great idea for young families. This was the sixth visit to Warcombe Farm. We stayed as a family group ( Caravan and two tents 5 adults, 6 children and a dog ) our wishes for pitches were met and indeed assisted during the booking process via the phone.

The amenities and sanitary facilities are second to none and kept spotlessly clean, even on days where the weather was not particularly kind or helpful. The layout of the Park is a delight as the varied choice of pitches cater for many needs, without imposing on the rustic/rural feel of the area.

There is a well oiled team from the Reception staff to the Park Wardens who are friendly, full of local knowledge and easily approachable, these are a credit to the Management, from Booking in to pitching you on site.

Would we visit again, yes without a doubt as Warcombe Farm has grown to become one of my favourite places....Read less.

Warcombe is our favourite site we have ever been to, we personally prefer a quiet site and warcombe is just that. Always spotlessly clean, grounds maintained beautifully. Girls in office are always so lovely and welcoming. Food trucks on site are always 10/10. Pitches are great sizes especially when having a large tent. The beautiful dog walk from site is great even if you don’t have a dog. My husband and son absolutely love the fishing pool. Location is perfect for all local areas you wish to visit. We had a great time at Warcombe Farm Camping Park, the facilities were very clean and the shop well stocked with essentials and last minute treats like flapjacks and cakes.

We particularly liked the food truck that visited the site at tea time, just the thing after a long walk when you really haven't got the energy to cook - great variety of meals on different nights from curry to mexican - what a great idea and saves a trip off-site if you just want to chill in the evening.

We also found the dog walking area was perfect - big enough to allow a good stretch of the legs with information posts about the local wildlife.

Over the years I have stayed at all caravan parks in Woolacombe, but never at Warcombe before.

Not sure why, as I must have driven past it hundreds of times.

Stayed in our camprrvan and it is by far the nicest campsite we have been to in Woolacombe.

The sea view isn't as good as others, but we came here due to most pitches having trees surrounding them, so you have your own secluded area, which we needed as our dog isn't the most sociable.

The woodland walk and beyond are great for dog walkers or general ramblers.

Only thing I would say is, the shower blocks, even though they are done very nicely with up to date furnishings and lots of space, the showers themselves could do with being updated. They are the motion sensor type you usually see on the entrance to a swimming pool, and you need to wait for it to stop each time before getting it to start again which is quite irritating/you get cold.

Other than that small thing, the place is lovley, with very friendly staff....Read less.

A lovely site, with plenty of space with a lot of pitches divided with hedging or trees giving a feel of a small site, so for us one of the best large sites we’ve been on. Well looked after, very clean (and warm) modern facilities.

The dog walk was the best, with 14 acres to stroll round in amongst the trees with plenty of wildlife.

The only suggestion would be perhaps a few more water taps (for those not on serviced pitches) and also more recycling points and another waste disposal point, it was a long way from the bottom of the site to the nearest chemical emptying point, but it was worth it for the views we had from our pitch, (but this is being picky!)

We’ve stayed at Warcombe many times over the past 5 years and up until recently would say it’s the best site in North Devon, however things have gone downhill to an extent we are looking for another site to frequent.

Pros

- Great pitches and site

- Very good facilities

Cons

- HEAVILY enforced 5mph speed limit. I understand the need for this but beware of the entitled staff members. We had arms waived and comments made about our speed when we doing 4!, yes 4mph in our crafter.

- During every visit we have made over the last 2 years there have been groups of elderly people onsite and entertainment is put on for them in a marquee next to the facilities block. The noise from this is extreme, we were approx 200m away on our last visit and couldn’t hear our tv over “old McDonald had a farm” coming from the entertainment tent. No problem at all with entertainment in general, but I’ve no doubt if anyone else made noise like this they would be kicked off the site without any hesitation....Read less.

I have stayed at Warcombe for a few years now and hope to stay there for many more years. The site is incredibly clean and well kept. Each pitch I have used is always tidy. I have one favourite pitch which is tucked away and perfect as I have dogs with me.

This is our 3rd stay and we have loved them all. The staff are accommodating and friendly, even the dog gets a little welcome gift. The site and facilities are spotlessly clean and well run, the acres of dog walk are amazing. Despite the size of the site it is very peaceful. We were treated to an dawn chorus which included the honking of geese fly out and over our tent.
