Warcombe camping park is the first site you come to, down the lane to Mortehoe. Well laid out, we had booked a pitch with sea views, fortunately beside a hedge, which gave us shelter from the wind. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Warcombe Farm. We love the site, staff, and location. Despite the Bank Holiday weather we still had a lovely stay. We will be booking a couple of visits in 2027! We had a great stay at Warcombe Farm! The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming, with nothing too much trouble. Great choice of pitches to suit all tastes and circumstances. The gated pitches are also a great idea, albeit our small dogs would be able to slip themselves through the gaps haha. We really enjoyed the views from the lower part of the site and the dog walk woodland area was fab. The site was beautiful with all the hanging baskets looking their best and with the lake as the centrepiece. Really handy for joining the coastal path for a lovely walk into Mortehoe and also really handy for the bus into Woolacombe and Ilfracombe.

We loved the freshly baked pastries and also the food vans that came during our stay, albeit being right at the end of their season, one of the two we tried had a limited selection. We had an enclosed pitch near the dog walking feild which is huge and Fabulous area for the dogs to explore .

Warcombe is our favourite camping park. Its location is stunning especially if you have a sea view pitch . The shower rooms are spacious very clean and warm . The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, the pitches are a great size, we stayedin the gated pitch which is great for dog and feels more private. (Only slight negative is if your pitched next to other dogs - once one starts barking it can set the others off, maybe they could alternate it so there's a dog free pitch either side.) The location is perfect, quiet and picturesque, close enough to the beach and vibe of Woolacombe and Mortehoe yet feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t fault this campsite at all. Great for families! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The showers were very clean, hot water with great water pressure and plenty of them! Family showers were great, perfect for us all to shower after a day at the beach. Woodland area at the back is brilliant for the kids to explore. Not far from the coastal paths and easy to access from the campsite. Great park for the kids to play at. Especially liked that the zip line is locked from dusk until dawn, which meant it stayed nice and quiet at night and early mornings. Lovely little shop onsite with fresh pastries every morning. Lovely staff members and generous pitch sizes

The site itself is very large and the pitches are generous. The staff were lovely on reception and the shop was well stocked. We stayed in an enclosed pitch and it was generously sized with a picnic table.

They have a dog walking area and a dog wash which was very useful as our dogs played in the sea. Loved that the enclosed pitch was fully serviced.

We personally wouldn’t stay again due to no fault of the site. Took us 8 and 1/2 hours to drive here on the m5 and the roads into Devon are not designed for a 7.9mtre twin axel. We found people wouldn’t give way to help us get down the narrow lanes made getting to the site very nerve racking.

We went down to the beach in our van and access was tight. Would probably stay in our tent if we were to ever return again. Activities in the area require you to drive to.

Whenever my wife and I have camped we have always used Warcombe farm. The layout of the site is excellent with pitches to suit all tastes. We always go for a sea view and have never been disappointed. The shower and toilet blocks are spotless and well maintained. I found the reception very warm and welcoming and the staff on site very polite and caring. Your rules and regulations are great because they help insure that noise is kept to a minimum. That's a big factor in the kind of holiday we like. I will keep the atmosphere of my stay with me till next time. I did arrive just after midday but couldn't book in until 2pm. I knew that beforehand so I cant complain. I just had to kill time which seemed a bit of a waste. I had a great 4 night stay which was aided by perfect weather. Staff are friendly but also ensure the rules are adhered to which is a welcome presence.

The onsite shop is perfect, the toilet blocks are fantastic always being cleaned and the added bonus of underfloor heating and large shower cubicles. The kids love the park and the fishing lake.

The booking process was easy, the arrival process was also simple. The facilities were clean and well presented. With plenty of showers, toilets and washing points.

Departure was smooth, however I requested that I keep my trailer in the main car park to enable my family to enjoy the local area without driving the trailer around. This was granted but for an hour as the site was very busy. , this didn’t help. When I came back to collect my trailer the car park was empty (other than my trailer. It would have been nice to allow me to leave it there, the same as you can leave luggage in a hotel after you have checked out. This meant we could not enjoy the beach on the last day....Read less.

Brilliant little campsite. We stayed with family and friends and had lovely hardstanding pitches with water and electric. The site is really well cared for, with a great little fishing lake, play park, well-stocked shop and some lovely touches like the herb garden and beach library with bodyboards, buckets and spades to borrow.

We spend an excellent week at Warcombe. The pitch was very generous and the picnic bench and added extra that allowed for a quick lunch on arrival before setting up the van.

The welcome wasn’t great- made to go back out to my car then told to come back on again- not ideal after a 4 hr drive.

I was frustrated that I was told twice I wasn’t allowed my car on the pitch (241). I’d picked this pitch as it was advertised as letting you have your car in there. As a solo female traveller, having your car close is vital. Other pitches were allowed their camper vans so it was very annoying to be told twice to move it. When I explained clearly my reasons, I was made to feel silly.

There is nothing to fault at all, my 11 year old daughter and myself had the best time.

So easy to find and we was greeted by lovely staff at the reception and then we was escorted to our pitched. What ever questions I had they were all were so happy to help.

The whole of the campsite is very clean, the toilets and showers were so clean too. Having a microwave and washing machine and tumbles dryers to use is so handy and having a sink to wash up my plates. Even other quest are so respectful to one and other.

Food huts selling hot food most evenings.

The beaches just under 10 min drive with shops and restaurants and some shops even closer about 5 min drive.

The views from warcombe farm is absolutely stunning in all directions.

There so much to keep you busy or just to relax, we visited Ilfracombe to see the harbour and do a boat trip to see the sea lion and dolphins.

We love this site, far enough away from the crowds but within easy reach of many attractions. I think it's our 12th year coming here. Very clean, facilities are spotless. Staff more than helpful, many thanks to Judy and the team! We came with our two grandchildren, full on every day, beach, water park inflatables, horse riding, fun fair at Ilfracombe. Thank goodness for the fishing lake for the boys it gave us a time to relax! The two pubs in Georgeham have lovely food and the Smuggles Rest in Mortehoe, you can also take the dog in. Lynton and Lymouth is worth a vist, try the Tapas bar in Lynton you can take the dog on a lunch time. We will be back, after I've had a rest!!...Read less.

There was only one big issue, From the time of our arrival, we had no internet or mobile connection on plot, 82. We purchased the upgrade, but is was ineffective. Our Motorhome has a dedicated router and internet connection, and even this did not function on site. We were however, able to connect to our business server to download emails etc, once we moved into Woolacombe. Hence we first thought this was a site issue

Regrettably, for small businesses, communication is critical, as working directors never have the true luxury of a proper holiday.

Competition is tough and this government is killing the small business community, staying in touch with your customer base is critical to any business.

That said, we now believe the fault was NOT one created by the site, since communication in Woolacombe, worked Monday, but not Tuesday morning - Tuesday afternoon/evening, all returned to normal in Woolacombe, but not on site until our last day Wednesday 19th....Read less.

We enjoyed our stay at Warcombe farm. The site has lots of space, great facilities and helpful and attentive staff. It is very clean and the showers/toilets were fab. The new enclosed dog pitches were a good option for us although I would suggest that the gap between pitches under the side gate could be reduced to stop little dogs escaping.

On the whole we had a lovely stay and I wish we had longer to explore. The only critique for us, which might not be an issue for others, is that we felt the site lacked a little bit of soul. Hard to explain and it might be because we had just come from a very community vibes site but it felt a tiny bit sterile. However that aside, we couldn't fault it....Read less.

The site is clean and well run with generous sized pitches. It is in an elevated position with sea views from some of the pitches. The big downside is that there was no internet or phone signal onsite although we were told that there was network coverage depending on the provider. The chargeable wifi worked well but the website had a Mickey Mouse front end and customer support was non-existent (no answer from the support centre department). We had a great time staying, facility’s on site were great and immaculate, staff are friendly and great with the kids. I will say is a nightmare to get around with a caravan in tow but that bears no reflection on warcombe farm camping park.

Our boys loved the park and the freedom to roam around on their own thanks to the strict speed limit.

Our only criticism was that the WiFi was very poor but we managed to get a eSIM on EE for the week so it wasn’t an issue in the end. The food vans were great of an evening but maybe some live music on the odd afternoon/evening might have been nice but was really no issue for us just a suggestion.

We first visited Warcombe in 2015 with our 8 year old boy and returned in August 2026 with our 3 year old border collie. What a transformation! Hardly recognised the place. What we experienced was a very well run, organised and clean campsite. The toilet/shower block was first class! We used the dog walking area and utilised the dog shower, which had warm water. The only thing that hindered us was having to keep our dog tethered by the tent. The location is still fantastic for visiting all the local beaches. However, we will probably not visit again as we found about 60% of the local beaches were not dog-friendly (during peak season) with preference being given to the surfing crowd....Read less.

Warcombe Farm Camping park was a great place to stay. The grass pitch was serviced and large with plenty of space for tent, car and trailer. We booked a picnic bench too.

The location is easy to find and access except for the last tight road which can be tricky with a trailer or caravan. The location is great to visit local towns and beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde etc. We had our dog too so finding that part of Woolacombe beach is all year round dog friendly was really useful. The dog wash on the camp site along with wet suit wash was great to have.

The toilet blocks and washing up facilities are spacious and not busy but the site was not fully booked when we visited in August 2026. Safety was excellent with electric barriers accessed with a personal key code.

There is a fishing lake on site too which our 5 year old loved and he enjoyed having his first go at fishing with rods to hire from the camp site shop. The play park was nice but will be in need of renovation soon....Read less.

We have visited Warcombe lots and over the years stopped due to the site becoming too noisy. This time reminded me why we no longer visit. The pitches are too close together and consequently people that sit out until midnight talking ruin the camp trip for families. My children didn’t get a lot of sleep due to inconsiderate neighbours. I contacted the warden - I’m not sure if they ever made it round or not! Also site is not maintained as it once was - bathrooms were filthy and previously well cleaned and looked after.

We stayed on a hardstanding pitch, the first problem i had was the the grey waste outlet was at the the front of the van, over 6M away from my outlets. so I had to buy a length of waste from the camp shop, costing nearly £ 30.00 before my holiday started.

I also had a faulty tap that was leaking. one of the camp maintenance guys pulled up at my van and told me I needed to get it sorted as I had a splitter attachment on my tap, he assumed this was the problem, but in fact it was the tap that was faulty, but rather than addressing the problem, he kept turning my water supply off. when i reported this, a different maintenance guy arrived and advised that the tap needed to be turned on fully to stop it dripping. Although this is a lovely sight, I was rather put off by the needless set of rules that we were presented with upon arrival, more rules than instructions, it made it feel more like a concentration camp rather than a holiday camp. I also felt the attitude of the staff was rude....Read less.

2nd visit to Warcombe Farm and enjoyed our stay even more than our last. By far the best campsite we have visited. The 1st class facilities were spotlessly clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. Lovely sandy beaches nearby, great fish & chips just down the road in Morethoe. Access from the site to the South West Coastal path, a must if you enjoy a challenging walk. We were lucky enough to watch grey seals too. My husband enjoyed the well stocked fishing lake and we made the most of the variety of street food vans that visit in the evenings. We arrived and we guided to our pitch professionally and asked if all was ok, the pitch was large(larger than average).

The facilities were clean and well kept,lovely fresh pastries in the morning and food vans at night.( I must make a comment that some people must live like animals at home, leaving facilities with rubbish that someone has to clean up, credit to the staff for putting up with this).

As with all Devon and Cornwall, there is a short narrow lane to the site but we had no problems.

The morning pastries, available freshly baked from the on-site shop are too tempting!! The staff we met were all very helpful and friendly. A selection of food outlets are on site on certain days. We can vouch for the quality of the pizzas and the Greek food. The site is very well maintained, clean and tidy. The fully serviced pitches are plenty large enough but lack privacy. The site is accessed by a short but quite narrow road, from the main road to Woolacombe, which is relatively good compared to some Devon lanes. The facilities are very good and kept very clean. My wife needs to use accessible facilities and was very impressed with the accessible showers, which are large and well thought out.

Woolacombe is a very short drive away and we enjoyed a very tasty lunch at The Barn restaurant there. Obviously a very popular and busy little place but with miles of beach if thats your thing. Warcombe is ideally situated for access to all the great beaches, our favourites are Saunton and Putsborough, travelling in July / August they still never feel busy but good idea to check tide times as it can dramatically alter the size of the beach.

The campsite was nice, first impressions were good although the lady on reception was a bit stressie.

Our pitch was large but right next to a cut through. Cut through used by fellow campers, kids on bikes racing through, ground workers golf carts and ride on lawn mowers, found it all a tad irritating.

The ground workers, worked 7 days a week, strimming , cutting hedges etc could not get a day off from that constant noise. I appreciate it all needs doing but one day off would have been great.

I also found the staff a tad bit snippy, the guys were on the aggressive side, TELLING YOU, instead of asking, and generally all a tad stressie.

If you walk to Lee via the dog field, there is a huge stile that you can not get a large dog over.

The dog field was great but clearly some owners don’t like to pick up their poop.

We personally would not return but that is not to say I wouldn’t recommend for a family.

Buses are a bit hit and miss (use the Stagecoach app) but we managed a trip to Braunton. SQ Bar and Restaurant has a great rooftop terrace.

We came with our wider family for a camping trip this summer as all live all over the country and we had the most fantastic time. We had a sea view pitch which was gorgeous. Facilities were spotless, grounds immaculate, wardens and staff very friendly. We enjoyed pastries in the morning and the spud van for tea on Friday. We felt very safe, other campers were friendly. The site was not completely full I would say 3/4 full but it didn’t feel overcrowded very calm atmosphere what gave it a relax stay for us. Showers toilets were clean and regularly cleaned by staff. What a gem we've been to Woolacombe for years with our children and grandchildren now just us ,we loved the space the variation of pitches the cleanliness of all the facilities we are looking forward to our next visit , all the staff from check in to around the site were friendly.

On arrival we were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome and taken to our pitch as well as having the location of the showers explained. We were on pitch 140 with great sea views. The pitch along with lots of others we noticed are generous and have hedges which just give a sense of privacy. Our pitch had the cow field behind it so there were a few more flies but we just used the fly screens in the van. The shower block is amazing and kept incredibly clean. There are also plenty of showers so I never had to queue. There are also plenty of toilets and sinks. What is great os the family showers and a bath, my children are older but I woukd have appreciated that if I had young children. They also have washing machines and dryers which work well. There really is everything you need. The shop is well stocked and the fresh pastries ae so good! The staff are friendly and happy to help. They also have regular food vans which is a great idea. The site is great for dogs too!...Read less.

What a gem, only a short drive to Woolacombe the pitches were huge, the location was amazing, the showers were fab. Great little shop and an array of food vans visiting most nights. The dog walk was fantastic with 14 acres to let your dog off the lead. The fishing lake was popular with families, the children loved feeding the ducks . We really enjoyed our stay at Warcombe Farm. The facilities were always very clean and there was great water pressure/shower temperature. There were plenty of toilets and showers in both the ladies and the gents so you never had to queue for one.

The grounds staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly as we are quite new to camping so we were grateful for their guidance. The ladies in the reception/shop were also very helpful.

We found the campsite to be quiet at night and felt safe.

The campsite is close to several beaches, with Woolacombe being only a short drive away.

Slightly expensive but we don’t normally stay in high season so didn’t get our oap discount this time!

We weren't disappointed. From start to finish a very enjoyable 3 night local break. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Site well maintained and as pretty as it can be in these drought conditions. Facilities always clean and tidy and plenty to suit all needs from disabled to families etc. A really great team of wardens. Had a lovely 30 minute stroll on footpaths to Morthoe for the scarecrow festival and a few drinks and a bite to eat in the pubs there. Lovely little village. Bus stops outside for a trip into Ilfracombe too. We're only an hour away so will definitely be returning hopefully with the family. Looking forward to it....Read less.

The staff were very helpful, toilets shower facilities always clean the pitches and surrounding areas kept tidy.

The site is we’ll situated for beach’s and amusement , shops in woolacombe or a supermarket at Brauton.

A good family site .

We had a wonderful week in July. Campsite is one of the best we have ever stayed on. It has everything you possibly need,great dog walk and wash, wet suit wash. We arrived at Warcombe Farm Camping Park and received a great welcome from the team. The information provided was helpful and being escorted to our pitch and given helpful advice there was also useful. The facilities are really good, and they are cleaned regularly and although we never used the laundry, what a great idea to have one.

The views across to the sea and the cliffs are awesome and the site is well spaced. The kids equipment is great for them, with games and the onsite shop to keep you topped up with supplies.

We walked everywhere and found the footpaths from the site to the coastal walk safe, and easy to use, plus the disused railway line footpath to Ilfracombe was well worth pounding, so was getting the bus back! The descent into Woolacombe is fine, but a challenge on the way back if you are on foot, but it's worth it to avoid the hassle of driving the MoHo down there.

Great place to stay. This was our 3rd visit & this time we came with friends that are new to camping. We were all put close together as requested & all had a great time during our stay.

Be early for the fresh pastries they sell out fast!

Great choice of food vans onside most nights.

Lovely site with well presented and clean facilities. Lots of staff around that keep the site looking pristine and to support you if needed. Any noise on site was kept to a minimum by staff members.

This was our first stay at Warcombe. We have camped in many places, but this was probably our favourite site we’ve ever been too. Pitches are very large and well-kept, the site is quiet and absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous shrubs and flowers all around. Showers and toilets were spacious and very clean. The local area is lovely too, a great place for a family holiday. We will be returning to the same site next time we visit Devon....Read less.

Welcome was superb, so friendly and patient and remained throughout. Movement activated showers are a great idea. Spotless, well kept site, my pitch was enclosed by bushes dripping with ripe blackberries. It felt like a private pitch and fully serviced. Location perfect to walk to beach along beautiful paths and a meal in Lee Bay pub. Best site I’ve been to but seemed a bit expensive....Read less.

Stayed in my Campervan, very pleased with facilties, checked in at reception and given a map of the site and some helpful information. Escorted to our pitch by the Quadbike guys, who were very friendly and helpful with a brief description of the site, and answered any questions regarding distance to nearest town etc. Standpipe Drinking water very close. Hook up included in price. Nice location. Fishing lake and plenty of ducks to feed

Excellent site, large well maintained pitches, our was fully serviced and over looked the fishing lake. Lovely to sit out at night and whatch the beautiful sun sets. Good clean facilities shop and helpful staff. Bus stop out side takes you into Woolacome with beautiful beach we ate at the Jube, the barn and bar electric, all good the barn a little on the expensive side for pub grub....Read less.

Our 4th stay! Lucked out with the weather, great pitches, clean and accessible facilities, great park for kids, safe site allowing the kids to play and meet friends. Addition of daily food vans is a nice touch if not wanting to cook! Friendly and helpful staff! Great walk down to Lee bay. Easy drive to Woolacombe beach.
