Great campsite, we've returned a few times to

Warcombe and have never been disappointed. This trip over the october half term was fantastic as the staff were so accommodating, they will help make your stay the best in any way they possibly can.

The pitch was flat and level and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. Toilet block and showers always clean.

We've just spent three nights at Warcombe. Had a lovely large pitch with picnic bench beside the lake. It was lovely to have the ducks visit us each morning and evening for bread. Lovely and peaceful out of season. We will definitely be back next year in low season. Facilities were top of the range, clean and warm. This visit was our second this year. The pitches are well spaced and there is the option of some quite private ones. We prefer the front line overlooking the sea.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facilities are immaculate and the prices are very reasonable and our dog's lover the walking area!

Great site for exploring the local area. Nice coast walks which were recommended by the staff. Site is very pleasant, clean and quiet. Great lake for fishing even for beginners like us. Facilities on site - just enough for a peaceful stay, toilets very clean and nice touch with the music in the shower blocks. Lovely welcome, shown to out pitch. It is a big site with 250+ pitches I believe. But we went out of season and it was lovely and peaceful.

Grounds well kept, facilities were spotless and plenty of hot water to shower.

Lovely onsite walk and perfect location for travelling.

We loved the layout of the site, with each pitch having an element of privacy. The sea view was wonderful, despite the weather!

The toilets and shower facilities are the cleanest I have ever seen at a campsite. The shop was useful and had a good choice of groceries.

We booked hard standing but did struggle with our pegs - rock pegs definitely needed!

Although we do t have a dog, the extensive dog walking area made us wish we had!!

The weather was not our friend and because of this we did end up leaving a couple of days early - however we loved the location and the site so much that we do plan to return when the weather is hopefully not so grim (our fault for booking for September I think)....Read less.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left this site was the best we have ever stayed on.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful showing us to our pitch and giving us all the information we needed.

The pitches are big and well kept. We had a fully serviced pitch on grass, we had torrential rain and 50mph wind but the ground drained away very quickly and we were well sheltered.

The toilet and shower block was warm and immaculate, large showers with hooks and shelving to keep everything dry.

The dog walk was amazing and beautifully kept the best we have experienced, lovely paths amongst trees with lots of benches for a rest.

Dog bins everywhere and clean water bowls.

Tie ups with water bowls outside the toilet block.

The park looked great but we didn’t have our grandchildren with us but would definitely bring them.

The fishing lake was well fenced off and a bonus for anyone who fishes.

We will absolutely be returning

Right from entering the site we got the feel of being made very welcome and all the staff are efficient and the site is very well maintained.

They even guide you to your pitch to ensure you are aware of the facilities available. We stayed for two nights in September (after the kids had returned to school).

Great site, amenaties and surroundings. Lovely walk through the woodland at the back of the site down to Morthoe and Woolacombe, which had everything needed for recreation, retail, drinks and dining.

The site itself is in a great location, easy access with motorhome and the pitches have everything needed. Great little shop for any extras! Great loos, showers and washing up etc. - all spotlessly clean.

Highly recommend this site, which is very spacious with generous sized secluded pitches and great views. Perfect location to hike straight from site out onto the moors, down to the coastal path with breathtaking views and great local pubs. The facilities are of excellent standard, particularly the bathrooms, and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The main highlight for our 3 dogs is the large onsite forest dog walk, complete with dog shower! We will definitely return....Read less.

We are local and booked this campsite at their reception for 3 nights in low season for a couple plus 2 dogs paying in full 3 weeks before. Sadly my husband was called for cancer biopsy on the 2nd day of our stay so i dropped in to try and move the date by 4 days. I was told there would be a £25 admin fee to do this which was 25pc of the total booking cost. We lost the full amount of the booking including the extras charges (£6 per night for 2 dogs)as I had not read the terms abd conditions and added the cancellation plan to the booking.The reason i am writing this review is to highlight the cancellation plan which costs an extra £2.50 on top of the nightly rate and which is stated in their terms and conditions....Read less.

We stayed at warcombe last week. It was a stunning aite. So well kept. Immaculate, the whole place. Toilets and showers were amazing. Cannot fault the place. Play park looked brilliant. I have told my daughter about the place already. We were right down bottom with a spectacular sea view. The staff were just so helpful. Grounds were so well kept and staff were out there picking up leaves, weeding the pitches. The dog walk was amazing, again, so well kept and what a stunning walk. Doggie poo bins everywhere (no excuse for anyone)and also water bowls and the dog wash. This site has had a lot of money spent on it but it was so worth it as I cannot imagine anyone can fault it. Oh and the pitches are huge, all had picnic tables and so private. We will defo be back. If for one small point, we were down the bottom with a sea view, it was a real long walk up to the amenity blocks. A small block at the bottom would be nice for us older folk. We had a great time staying at Warcombe Farm, the kids park was fantastic, the facilities were great and the position of the site was perfect for exploring Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. The site was clean and tidy, no noise after 10pm meaning you could a decent nights sleep too. There was also a beach Library where you could borrow beach items such as windbreaks, spades and buckets which was a massive help. Lovely touches like fresh croissants every morning and also the food trucks too, although they neglected to tell us that one night the food trucks had stopped which was annoying as we had planned to have that for our evening meal but we found a local chip shop about 10 mins away in a village which was brilliant. Can’t fault the site but would be helpful if they informed campers of when things as mentioned stop as not everyone has access to Facebook etc due to signal/internet issues...Read less.

Our stay at this site was very enjoyable and relaxing. Although it caters for many pitches, it is well set out and plenty of space. The facilities are well maintained and clean , with other extras like washing facilities and microwaves. The staff were friendly and the the small shop helped with the little things that run out. A couple of Food Vans came in the week and these were really good. The Village of Morte Hoe was a short walk away down the lane, there is a couple few of nice pubs and food outlets. Woolacombe Bay again a little further away and although a good walk across fields it is return walk uphill, so keep your energy levels up. There is a variety of pitch options available we always opt for a fully serviced pitch. We like the large pitch sizea and the fact you can request specific ones subject to availability, and that many provide quite a bit of privacy as opposed to all being on an open field. There are different food vans that attend the site each night. The site us secure with a pass number required yo get in and out of the gate. However we weren't happy at finding out this year that if you gave friends visit you (Not overnight) they charge them for entry. We always holiday with friends, they camp on the site next door as its cheaper and they prefer it so we take turns cooking meals and visiting each other.

The toilets and showers are cleaned regularly and there is a separate block to enable families/disabled to shower. Unfortunately there are quite a few folks who ignore this and use the showers for single use which can cause a wait.

Warcombe farm is our go to site in N Devon and has been for several years. The facilities are really well maintained, good shop, pitches are very large (van and awning). Staff go the extra mile for you and it is nicely tucked away from the inevitable crowds.

In addition to this, it is well set out and protected from the winds with trees and hedges rather than just being an open field.

If you have dogs, the exercise area for them is really well maintained and you can do a KM loop or further should you wish

An exceptionally spacious pitch in a well divided camp site. Excellent clean facilities with large shower cubicles. We struggled with buying really nice bread. Wonderful to see children playing with parents but at no time were they disruptive. The pitches nearest the play area had lots of children. There was a lovely feel about this site....Read less.

This was our first time at Warcombe Farm and we were dubious about what the site would be like but those concerns quickly vanished when we arrived.

The site is absolutely beautiful. The pitches are well kept and with ample space. We have a large 8 person air tent and porch and had more space than we could have wished for. The designated parking space alongside our pitch was perfect and the addition of a water tap on each pitch was a much appreciated added bonus!

The facilities were spotless. The showers are huge and include shelves for all your stuff so it stays dry. The water is a lovely temperature and the sensors are much nicer than buttons. The family bathroom with a bath tub is a raretity to find and just goes to show how the owners of this site have thought of everything.

The washing up/machine / microwave area contains all the extras you need too!

The shop has all the little things you need and the play park is great.

Pitch sizes are great, reasonably priced and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The man with blond hair tied up was so informative when he showed us to our pitch and such a kind genuine chilled out man! The ladies who walk around and take pictures are also lovely- it’s great how there socials involve families and you get a great family run feel.

Family showers are great!

Food van options are a great idea.

My only recommendation is to have earlier checkin time. 2pm is quite late for camping and tourers, and an option or later checkouts (if available at the time of course) and more items available in the shop.

Lovely campsite with brilliant facilities. Perfect place to bring dogs with an enclosed woodland area at the back of the campsites. Big tent pitch areas. Freshly cooked pastries every morning were a big hit (but get there at 8:55 as they sell out quickly!). Very friendly campsite stewards (Fletch in particular). Ideal location for Woolacombe beach. This site is extreamly well laid out with large pitches arranged in rows around a fishing lake. The site rangers run a tight ship enforcing a 5 mph sped limit in all areas which makes it feel safe for children. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on lead at all times if away from your pitch. The campsite was easy to find and registration was a quick and simple task before being directed to the holding area and then taken to your pitch by following a ranger in a golf buggy. There is a handy shop on site and also various food trucks through the week, we had some delicious jacket potatoes one night which we dressed with some homemade Chili Con Carne that we brought from home!

There is a bus stop just outside the campsite, across the road to the left a bit which took us into Woolacombe, very busy on the return though as it was 5:30pm and many people had done the same and were returning to their campsites after a lovely day at the beach.

We love this site and have been back several times. Our most recent visit we came with my husbands parents. They had the best time and oved the site as much as we did and have even said they want to make it an annual trip.

The site is so well organised with staff constantly around and patrolling the site. This makes you feel safe and at peace. The cleanliness of the site and the facilities are amazing. We even took advantage of the food vans that are on site this visit.

The dog always has the best time, she never wants to leave when we have to pack up.

The site just thinks of everything you might need which is so helpful and refreshing. We used the bus for the first time, the site has all the information for guests to use.

Absolutely perfect! The facilities are the best we've been to. The toilets/showers are immaculate. They have a very handy shop onsite. A different food van comes most evenings,; the Indian was delicious 😋

Our pitch was perfect, we had an electric supply, aswell as our own water supply (this is not available on every pitch). The pitch was LARGE and the site was very peaceful. Plus, the dog walking area was the best we've ever been on.

One man (campsite warden) stood out to us; we don't know his name. He was in his 40s/50s, surfer ooking dude, brown/blonde hair and was the friendliest, most helpful man; thank you!

We visited in August and it was our 3rd holiday at Warcombe Holiday Park.

Unfortunately on this trip our car broke down 30miles from the campsite! The staff could not do enough for us when we eventually arrived! From helping us empty our car to towing our trailer to our pitch. Everyone was amazing and it made a stressful situation far easier!

The site and facilities were spotless and well maintained.

I cannot reccomend this site enough!

I just hope that our car will be more reliable for our next visit!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are very hard working and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The toilets and showers in both blocks are pristine clean daily and well kept.

The pitches are generous and can be private in some parts.

Yeh views are beautiful. Dogs have clearly been thought about as the walks, drink bowls, shower, and doggy ice cream are available.

The small fishing lake looks pretty.

The notice board is very helpful and the outside caterers that come on site to provide street food and your favourite fish and chips are an added bonus.

Fresh pastries daily from the shop.

And a nice touch I thought was the little borrow hut with boards, chairs, buckets and spades, whereby people can borrow and put back and leave items they no longer need which help others....Read less.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Warcombe Farm. What a fabulous little stay we had!

Amazingly maintained site, friendly and helpful staff (despite endless email questions and then questions when there), clean facilities- including family bathroom which was a blessing, the showers were well thought out and my clothes didn’t get soaked while I showered, park was great for the kids and we’ve already picked what pitch we would fancy when we book next year- we’re going back for sure. The pitch 240 was brilliant, private and huge amount of space as well as close to the dog walk which we requested.

Dog facilities are brilliant, great walk with the woods and clearings on the path to the coastal walk and the dog shower as you enter/ exit.

Washing facilities clean, washing machines were handy!

Shop well stocked and tidy!

We have been to this site many times and every time it leaves us longing for more time here. The staff are super friendly! There are easy access paths, play equipment, walks and more. Love the care and attention to each individual pitch whether camping or caravaning. The food vans make it very easy to not cook so full on relaxation ensured!

The views are spectacular and you are in easy reach of beaches, National Trust, wildlife parks and so much more.

Lovely site with good facilities however my friend was desperately upset by a staff member just for parking her car and hour over the exit time .

The toilets are quiet a walk away and my 18 year old daughter with down syndrome was not able to go on her own .

The pitch was brilliant, private but with a view. The entire sire was very well maintained.

Water and electric was close by.

There was an abundance of bins which when you have a dog is great. The dog walking area was amazing.

The staff were very friendly.

My only criticisms are that we were quite a long way from the toilets which wasn't very practical. If we didn't have our own loo it would have been very inconvenient.

The lights on the electric hookup posts made it quite bright to sleep at night which was a shame.

There is an entrance and an exit so Signs directing you to the exit and to the toilet would be useful....Read less.

We had a sea view pitch and the pitch size was excellent. The grounds are very well maintained and absolutely spotless! Loads of showers which are again spotless!!

The walk to the toilets from the sea view pitches is 0.2 of a mile(yes I tracked it). My oldest son and husband fished a few days and got over 80 fish!!

The noise policy is very stricked which isn’t a bad thing but we did get a reminder to keep the noise down at 10:15pm as a complaint had already come in(noise policy is 10:30pm, there was 16 of us so the chatting and laughter was louder than an average pitch !!-soz)

Lovely quiet site. The staff are very helpful and work hard to keep the site spotless, the shower block is very clean and plenty of washing facilities for dishes and clothes. Food vans are on site every night from pizza to Indian food and pastries are available at 9.00am from the shop. Perfect location for a relaxing stay but so much to do within 30 minutes away. Keypits was great for my husband and two grandsons with motor bikes and quad bike rides. The Milky Way just a little further out, but great fun and don't forget the fabulous beach 3 miles long. Where to eat when you have your furry friend with you? Not a problem!! Fabulous food at the Tides Inn, Smugglers Rest, take drive to Georgeham and eat at The Rock or the Kings Arms. A visit to Lynton and Lynmouth is a must with a lovely Tapas restaurant at Lynton and take a ride on the famous funicular cliff railway which is the steepest water powered railway in the world. Clearly a lot of work goes into making this one of the best campsites we have been to. The welcoming professional staff who smile and chat to you, excellent large pitches with electricity, water and drainage together with wonderfully clean facilities made our family holiday. The location is good, pity about the steep hills when cycling and local beaches are great. However, beach access parking is difficult and too expensive .. £14 / day excessive! Fishing lake is nice and easy for kids to get hooked into the sport and we caught quite a few. Hard to think of any negative feedback! Well done....Read less.

We’ve just had our third two week stay at Warcombe Farm since 2020 and can’t recommend this site enough.

The site is beautiful and always well kept. There are a good range of different pitch types. There are two separate blocks with toilets/ showers and they are clean and spacious and there are family shower/bathrooms available for those with little ones.

I’ve found all the staff I’ve spoken to to be universally helpful and friendly right from booking onwards.

On site in addition to the excellent facilities there is a fishing pond complete with a large gang of friendly ducks, a large play area with the always popular zip line and a wildlife walk to make the most of those sea views.

There were different food vans on site every night- special mention to Horizon pizza and Loose belt catering.

Off site, our family loves this part of North Devon- top quality beaches, loads of great places to eat, loads of fun places to visit.

We recently had a lovely stay at Warcombe, great welcoming staff showed us to our fully serviced grass pitch. It was perfect, I had asked for a quiet pitch so our rescue dog could relax. It was great with small grass mounds around us. We were right by the dog off lead wooded walk which we immediately used before we set up as the dogs had been travelling for hours. What can we say we have been to Warcombe Farm many time's before. We had a fantastic holiday yet again!The site is so clean tidy and maintained well.Staff are helpful and friendly .The amenities are great (a little far if your by the dog walk)Dog walk amazing well looked after and great for wildlife. Lovely fishing lake but we did not fish this time. Shop very well stocked prices not bad. Food vans are a great idea we only had the pizza this time yummy.Excellent area as we love popping in to Mortoe for the best chippy ever while waiting we have a pint. The Jube in Woolacombe is great for food & drink and not too expensive staff are friendly and very helpful (gave us some aftersun as we had a upset teen) Beach huts are a must no carrying stuff to the beach daily. Love the wafflle shop.The only down side is parking prices but

if your a member of National Trust you can park free at the top of cliffs a hard walk if you have mobility issues .

What a lovely site.

There's not a lot I can fault really. We have a sea view pitch 139 and the view was stunning. All staff were friendly and the facilities were kept really clean. Great location for the beach so what more can you want. The only complaint from the kids was the distance to the toilets but I think the pitch we had was probably the furthest away but we probably had the best view so for me I was ok with the walk....Read less.

Friendly staff Lovely big pitch , large and clean showers and toilets .Small on site shop that sells freshly baked pastries in the morning.Every night there's different food on offer ,one night is fish &chips the next pizza, or ,Indian, Fantastic idea saves on cooking . Highly recommend the dog walking area it's the best I've seen ,large spacious with wooden areas for your dogs to explore the many different pathways .

There's a bus stop out side the main gates (high five to the bus drivers driving down the narrow roads ) Woolcombe lovely town with a great beach or Ilfracombe with lots of site seeing ....Read less.

We have been to Warcombe for several years now. The site is so lovely. So well maintained, clean and safe. Beautiful views from many pitches. Staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. We have tried to work out how they could improve but were struggling. We live the place and will book for 2026 shortly....Read less.

As every year, the site was meticulously maintained, and facilities spotless. However, the staff appeared a little tired, even jaded and impatient, especially when made aware of some slightly unruly campers being inconsiderate and noisy until around 2 am one morning . We first visited warcombe farm in 2018 and we have returned every year since, except one year where the husband banished camping!

The site is beautifully managed & the facilities are superb, this has not changed one bit in the time we have visited, high standards & clear guidance to adhere to the rules particularly of driving to the speed of the site for safety!

It is like a safe haven for our family & we know we can enjoy some fantastic walks without needing the car, with great access to the coastal path through the dog walking woodland area!

Lee bay is our favourite family walk with the steep route of borough woods, the coastal path or the cut through the cows as we called it-to choose from & so beautiful to visit on foot-Grampus inn & the old school room art gallery are essential stops in Lee so beautiful!

First visit to Warcombe Farm. All the staff were very friendly. Someone escorts you to your pitch. The pitches and facility blocks were very clean and well kept. We loved the self contained pitch with water and electric. It’s well located to visit Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and even Barnstaple. We will definitely be back 😀...Read less.
