The site is very well maintained. The camping pitches were large with hedges and a hard standing for the car. Staff were very helpful and all the facilities were well maintained and very clean. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe beach.

Well defined pitches with lovely hedges etc to divide them up the campsite was well laid out and for it's size didn't feel too crowded. The park was nice and the woodland walk was amazing with access to coastal footpaths, the additional play equipment in there was a nice surprise for the kids it would be good to see more of that throughout i.e wooden balance beams to make the trail.more kid friendly as this is a really lovely area of the site. Nice views of the sea from our sea view pitch although it was a little further to see the sea than we expected the sunsets were lovely. My family has been staying at Warcombe Farm for many years and it never disappoints. The facilities are immaculately maintained and you never have to wait for showers or toilets even when the site is full. The dog walking area is beautiful and a huge bonus for owners. Being so nice owners keep it perfect picking up their mess. The team on site are very professional and passionate about their business. With short drive down to the beach it is a great location. Pitches are a great size with many of them really private surrounded by hedges. I wanted to book the new gated pitches for dog owners but sadly they were full so hopefully they will develop more of these pitches as they are a great idea. There are negative reviews on this site but all seem to come from people who want to stay up all night in loud crowds or expecting to arrive or check out far later than the stated times so are simply not justified. The shop had everything you needed and we used it on multiple occasions. (The scones were lush! Even nicer sat by the lake eating them).

We have now stayed with Warcombe farm, over 5 occasions now. We return to Warcombe, for location, availability (particularly when camping with multiple parties, and Warcombe has always accommodated us to all pitch together) this site is one of the best. The amenities are really good and site shop is well stocked. Cleanliness of the facilities, toilet/ shower blocks is top class and plenty of choice when it comes to pitch type. Pitches are generous, easily fitting 5/6 man tents with ease. The site and the land it is on, is big, with a nature reserve to walk around . There is a lake, that offers a great views and offers the option to fish. Most evenings a food offering is available, by visiting mobile food vans. This is a site for all, and a park for kids. If you ever visit Woolacoombe there is plenty of choice to go off site and opt for a local pub or restaurant, with ease, walking to the beach is not too bad either. This is a fantastic site, the location is amazing for walking specially with the dogs. Walking locations we walked to were mortehoe, Lee bay and woolacombe beach. The site is very clean and tidy. The pitches are such a great size whatever pitch you choose. The only thing is maybe having a toilet facility even if it’s just one little cabin no showers just a toilet nearer the bottom area where the sea view and the enclosed pitches are, it’s a very long walk from there to the toilet block. Friendly staff, excellent clean facilities, lovely spacious pitches with lots of trees and hedges to demarcate smaller areas. Loved the baked breakfast products (when we were early enough!) and the herb garden. Didn't make use of the food vans but would certainly do another time. Only point to note is that the walk into (and particularly back from) Lee isn’t for the faint heated. It’s a good 45 mins and a 200 metre descent/ascent, but that typifies the north Devon coastline in this area and results in the amazing views. However we were visiting the area with 20+ family members, the rest of whom were staying in Lee so it just meant we got super fit as a result of our stay!...Read less.

First time at Warcombe and won’t be the last. Great site which was extremely well maintained and the premier plot was a really good size for our needs. Wash facilities were fantastic and the large cubicles, underfloor heating and tidy/cleanliness is the best I’ve encountered in the UK. Staff attentive, polite and always on hand to help or say hi. Natural borders surrounding most plots kept noise to a minimum during day/night and gave max privacy too. Dog walk area was pristine!

Only one tiny detail I would suggest which is the superb 9am bakery in the morning. Would save time, queues and let down if you could preorder the day before. Realise this has been tried previously and feedback was it was difficult to manage. If you could work this out it would be a 100% site IMO. I passed many deflated campers each morning just after 9am who arrived too late to benefit from what is becoming a go-to in modern day camping.

Due to a road closure because of an accident we decided to detour and stop a night at warcombe. Following a very scary satnav reroute from closed roads, we finally found A roads again, and arrived onsite following their wat3words link. Battle-scared and shook up we received a friendly welcome at check-in and picked up 2 cold ciders to calm our nerves. Taken to our pitch by a lovely gentleman who gave us additional information about the site. Food wagon arrived onsite and we ordered 2 amazing chicken wraps with homemade potato salad and coleslaw…. We settled to watch an amazing sunset, and a lightening show over the sea to wales… luckily we escaped it! Had a lovely sea view pitch and in the morning took a wonderful dog walk in their acres of well kept fields full of butterflies… just the tonic we needed before hitting the motorway again...Read less.

Warcombe farm is an excellent campsite catering for caravans, motorhomes and tents, pitches are large and mainly private.

We stayed with our family and the staff arranged for the pitches to be located together.

Lovely dog walks and sea views from many pitches.

Reception is well stocked and is open until 7pm.

Private lake is located in the centre of the park with nice pitches around it.

One main thing is how friendly the staff, special mention to Yorkshire chap Mark (Dinno)

Great site very clean but a bit out of the way there is however beach runner a friendly reliable taxi service for 8 seater we had walked into woolacombe but did not have the energy to return and with an 18 month old on a warm day they were our saviour.

The sea views are amazing and the pitches huge and level. The staff are super friendly we had one food van cancel so don’t depend on them but the fish and chip van arrived probably on the hottest day we had so hats off to the ladies supplying the fish and chips they worked really hard lovely stay and will return when we are in the area....Read less.

This site is so well organised. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming.

Having been shown to our pitch we were impressed, it was a good size and due to our reactive dog, we were allocated one of the pitches that has the headesrows to 3 sides, meaning we could use our windbreak to the front.

The shower and toilet block were extremely well maintained and clean; makes such a difference when you walk in to a nice clean warm shared toilet and shower 😆.

For a small shop, it is well stocked from the usual food and drinks to those fotgotten camping bits.

We had a short drive to Barricane beach (it is walkable but due to the breed of our dogs, and the weather we chose to drive). We visited on what was the cooler days so whilst busy. It was easy to park and explore.

Lovely friendly and welcoming team, it is very good how secure the site is, the facilities are adequate and most of the time clean (you can’t help some feral individuals that leave it in a state). The shop is well stocked and reasonably priced and great that it is open from the morning until a reasonable 7pm. This does save the hassle of having to travel out of the campsite to one of the surrounding areas. The location is great as it gives you choices of Morthoe, Woolacombe or any of the surrounding attractions.

The only issue we had was there was a few places on surrounding pitches (kids playing on them as they were empty - if that was permitted) where either people had left dog poo or it could’ve been a big fox perhaps. Totally understand wildlife but I didn’t have anything to remove it. Perhaps a routine visual check although difficult to see with so many pitches.

Despite that it was our fourth or fifth time camping there and would definitely return again, hopefully very soon....Read less.

We have stayed on many campsites and this was one of the best. Hugely warm welcome with lots of information, huge, spacious pitches, beautifully clean bathrooms and toilets and lots too. Lots of hot water. There’s also a well stocked shop which serves fresh pastries every morning which is a really nice touch. I’d have liked fresh baguettes but the pain au chocolates were lovely. The dog area isn’t just a field, it’s really well maintained, with lots of different areas to sit, play or just enjoy. Honestly a lovely campsite, we really enjoyed our stay....Read less.

Excellent stay for two nights with my nephews by the lake !! Facilities were excellent clean and tidy, the shop was great. Staff were very helpful! Definitely value for money for 3 people and 3 dogs with electric water and a picnic bench. Never really got chance to visit places as not much time, but if we come back in the holidays it will be for longer. I would definitely have a gated pitch or one with hedge around!

Amazing stay at Warcombe, really appreciated the grass area available to spend the night as arriving after check in closing. The enclosed pitch is a game changer for us and our dog, such freedom for Lola. The dog walk area is first class, huge, well kept, lots of little passage ways to explore and even regular dog bins. Amazing coastal paths for hiking and running not far from the site, 2 pubs within a 20 minute walk. Beaches 10 minute drive. The toilets and showers were brilliant, very clean and shower cubicles huge with actual shelving to put things on, first time we have seen that! Staff very friendly and helpful. The campsite is wonderful- clean, cared for, fab facilities But the reason we came to warcombe was to try out an enclosed pitch with our dogs. We could only do this for one of our two nights -we moved pitch after the first night, which we had to arrange at the office as the booking form could not cope. However, it did not turn out to be be quite the blessing we had hoped.

The dream was that the dogs could be free and not have to be tethered and everyone would be calm and relaxed. Of course, most people that book these pitches will have dogs (probably reactive) so putting them all in a row had the unintended consequence of reactive dogs going mental at each other through the fence line! Not relaxing at all!!

There clearly is a huge demand for these spots - basically we would be unable to come again this year due to non availability BUT I would make a plea to the site - when selecting the next pitches to enclose, please space them out and don’t put them next to each other...Read less.

Our stay at Warcombe Farm camping was a really good experience. I have 3 dogs so the secure pitch was ideal as they could be off lead. The dog walking area was ideal with some wooded areas and meadow areas which they loved as plenty to sniff. The campsite is completely dog friendly, with a doggy shower for sandy/muddy paws. The staff I met were very friendly and helpful and the morning pastries baked to order were a real treat! Short drive to a dog friendly beach and 20 min walk to another.

We had a brilliant stay over the Early May Bank Holiday 2026 and honestly didn’t want to leave! The campsite is spotless, beautifully laid out, and the facilities are absolutely first class — you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything running smoothly.

We arrived after reception had closed, but no problem at all because Mark, one of the wardens, came and showed us straight to our pitch. What a legend! Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to chat to — the kind of person who really makes a campsite special. In our opinion, every campsite needs a Mark. We’re already looking forward to seeing him again when we return in June.

The ladies in the shop/reception were equally wonderful — warm, helpful, and always smiling. In fact, every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, which gave the whole place such a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

Stayed on a grass non electric pitch in April and were happy to have returned to the site.

The site is really well looked after, we constantly saw the wardens painting and maintaining things for the up and coming season. the wardens are all really friendly and its nice to know that they are visible and happy to help and deal with any issues.

The pitches are really good size and some of them (including ours) are nicely hedged just to give a bit of interest and privacy and of course wildlife. We were lucky with our pitch-as it was early season and the trees are still growing-we had the benefit of being able to see the sea which was really nice.

Great facilities on site, spotlessly clean, warm, modern, lovely hot showers, washing up under cover, shop, information room, play park for kids, fishing lake-everything. Fabulous dog walk-this is an understatement.

Very happy with our two-night stay at Warcombe Farm. We were provided with a pitch we would consider booking again sometime as both the views and quiet exceeded expectations. The site offered nice facilities, plenty of room and a calm environment. The only improvement that could of been made was the position of the electricity. We booked a hard standing area and this meant that our long electricity cable needed to be even longer in order to make the connection from the point to where our van was parked on the hard standing. Fortunately the weather was dry so we were permitted to park our campervan on the grass and therefore it stretched just fine....Read less.

First time to War combe farm. Firstly how friendly all the staff are. The site has beautiful views of the sea and countryside and very well maintained pitches. The bus goes from the entrance to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe and is dog friendly. The dog walking area has is lovely. A well stocked shop and large pitches. The fenced pitches are genius and there should be more. Great for keeping hounds and children enclosed - owners & parents can sit in peace not constantly chasing their charges around.

We came with a dog (not small children) & it was excellent set up with plenty of tie-up places near the facilities - which were spotless as well as the dog wash near the walking area. I loved the piped radio into the showers - great late night disco spot!

The staff were friendly & knowledgeable and the weather was superb. Didn't use the play area but it looked great. I appreciated the hairdryer and socket for straighteners and whilst I didn't not use the washing machine etc it was great to see them available. I

Had the most amazing relaxing Easter break at Warcombe Farm. Pitch size was really good and a service pitch as well which is a must for us. We are back new to camping after having a tent for years then a break when the children grew up we have invested in a caravan and I have now found my love in camping again, going back to Warcombe farm has not been disapointing.

Staff very welcoming on arrival and all week - but left alone to get on with the week and not pestered.

Facilities were very good, very clean shower block, underfloor heating and relaxing music also playing.

Food vans on site most nights we were there - tried the pizza van and they catered for gluten free - they are worth a try.

Site value for money. Very relaxing and peaceful.

We took our bikes with us and loved whizzing around the local area on them, Woolacombe, ilfracombe, lee and Croyde.

We’ve been coming to Warcombe for 25 years and have seen it grow and flourish. We return regularly as the site is easy to get to, near a bus route, on the coastal path, has an excellent huge dog walk field, near a great pub, has warm and clean showers and all with spacious pitches. We love it!

We did notice that people were allowing their dogs to poo on their pitches; whilst this was cleaned up by the owners, it’s not very nice for families with children who may play bare footed. Could this be addressed maybe by providing some dog free pitches....Read less.

The staff were great from point of booking to our departure. The site is very well maintained and the pitches large. The facilities are excellent and clean . The washrooms were spotless at all times. The underfloor heating in the shower block was very effective. Easy access to the coastal path and Woolacombe and Mortehoe are,walkable (uphill in way back!). Overall, good location and lovely site. We booked a short break at warcombe farm after seeing posts on FB. Bit of a trek from the Midlands but well worth it especially as we had some fine weather. The entrance to the site is easy to access and the welcome was warm. Guided to our fully serviced pitch we had the sea view and as it was early march no one around us! The site is quite big and the walk to the facilities took a few minutes. The dog walk is the best I've seen, nearly 14 acres of pathways and young woodland. Dog bins scattered around which is good. It also has a dog wash cabin. We had days out in woolacombe and ilfracombe, both different in their own way and also a trip to the beach at Lee. Lovely pub in this little village. Staff at the site were unobtrusive but always busy clearing and tidying up. It has a large children's play area and I would imagine it would get very busy in the summer and holidays....Read less.

Stayed @ Warcombe Farm for two nights mid-March. Fantastic facilities; spotlessly clean, very welcoming, peaceful. Quiet due to time of year but can't fault it. Tent pitches great size and flat and the ones we stayed on were well shaded. So absolutely nothing but positives to say for this camping park and can highly recommend....Read less.

Warcombe and have never been disappointed. This trip over the october half term was fantastic as the staff were so accommodating, they will help make your stay the best in any way they possibly can.

The pitch was flat and level and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. Toilet block and showers always clean.

Have stayed before and that is reason for return. Well situated for coastal walks. Walked from campsite to Ilfracombe about 3 miles along disused railway line, very enjoyable. Bus journey back stops right outside campsite. Staff were extremely helpful and camp site immaculate....Read less.

We've just spent three nights at Warcombe. Had a lovely large pitch with picnic bench beside the lake. It was lovely to have the ducks visit us each morning and evening for bread. Lovely and peaceful out of season. We will definitely be back next year in low season. Facilities were top of the range, clean and warm. This visit was our second this year. The pitches are well spaced and there is the option of some quite private ones. We prefer the front line overlooking the sea.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facilities are immaculate and the prices are very reasonable and our dog's lover the walking area!

Great site for exploring the local area. Nice coast walks which were recommended by the staff. Site is very pleasant, clean and quiet. Great lake for fishing even for beginners like us. Facilities on site - just enough for a peaceful stay, toilets very clean and nice touch with the music in the shower blocks. Last 2 mins of journey on a small road but after holding our breath all good.

Lovely welcome, shown to out pitch. It is a big site with 250+ pitches I believe. But we went out of season and it was lovely and peaceful.

Grounds well kept, facilities were spotless and plenty of hot water to shower.

Shop sold essentials.

Lovely onsite walk and perfect location for travelling.

We have stayed at Warcombe several times and once again we had a wonderful stay. Location is great grounds are very well kept and cleanliness is 5 star. The dog walking facilities are excellent and there is washing facilities for dogs if you have a mucky pup at the end of your walk. Warcombe farm's friendly staff keep the site's excellent amenities clean and well maintained The site feels safe for a solo traveller as there is a locked gate on entry and always a member of staff about checking on things.

We loved the layout of the site, with each pitch having an element of privacy. The sea view was wonderful, despite the weather!

The toilets and shower facilities are the cleanest I have ever seen at a campsite. The shop was useful and had a good choice of groceries.

We booked hard standing but did struggle with our pegs - rock pegs definitely needed!

Although we do t have a dog, the extensive dog walking area made us wish we had!!

The weather was not our friend and because of this we did end up leaving a couple of days early - however we loved the location and the site so much that we do plan to return when the weather is hopefully not so grim (our fault for booking for September I think)....Read less.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left this site was the best we have ever stayed on.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful showing us to our pitch and giving us all the information we needed.

The pitches are big and well kept. We had a fully serviced pitch on grass, we had torrential rain and 50mph wind but the ground drained away very quickly and we were well sheltered.

The toilet and shower block was warm and immaculate, large showers with hooks and shelving to keep everything dry.

The dog walk was amazing and beautifully kept the best we have experienced, lovely paths amongst trees with lots of benches for a rest.

Dog bins everywhere and clean water bowls.

Tie ups with water bowls outside the toilet block.

The park looked great but we didn’t have our grandchildren with us but would definitely bring them.

The fishing lake was well fenced off and a bonus for anyone who fishes.

We will absolutely be returning

Right from entering the site we got the feel of being made very welcome and all the staff are efficient and the site is very well maintained.

They even guide you to your pitch to ensure you are aware of the facilities available. We stayed for two nights in September (after the kids had returned to school).

Great site, amenaties and surroundings. Lovely walk through the woodland at the back of the site down to Morthoe and Woolacombe, which had everything needed for recreation, retail, drinks and dining.

The site itself is in a great location, easy access with motorhome and the pitches have everything needed. Great little shop for any extras! Great loos, showers and washing up etc. - all spotlessly clean.

Highly recommend this site, which is very spacious with generous sized secluded pitches and great views. Perfect location to hike straight from site out onto the moors, down to the coastal path with breathtaking views and great local pubs. The facilities are of excellent standard, particularly the bathrooms, and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The main highlight for our 3 dogs is the large onsite forest dog walk, complete with dog shower! We will definitely return....Read less.
