We came with our dog for the first time and as part of a larger group to explore with a Devon / Dorset Mantrailing Dog Group.

The campsite was amazing! Excellent facilities for both human and dog. Showers & Toilets always kept in a fantastic way.

The shop was a helpful addition and all the staff werw super helpful and so friendly.

We arrived in a car and our campervan was delivered separately from a company. All staff made this really easy for us.

We will definitely look to come back just the three of us.

Never stayed anywhere so dog friendly, massive dog shower and walking area .

5 minutes from Mortehoe and bus to Ifracombe stops outside.

We have been coming to this site for over 10 years and always found the site to be clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

The only improvement I could suggest is for campers visiting having more consideration for others, ie, using the amazing field for walking their dogs and more importantly picking up after their dogs, numerous dog bins are available.

For places to visit, we enjoy, Dulverton, Dunster and Simonsbath. The tea rooms at Simonsbath are open again and they offer a good variety of food & drinks (licensed).

This visit we went up to Porlock to do the Porlock toll road which for £3.00 is well worth it for the views....Read less.

It was our first stay at Warcombe Farm and what a lovely site it is. It was very easy to find, with good access and we will definitely return. Great choice of pitches, we loved the fully serviced enormous grass pitch surrounded by hedgerows. The site is very well maintained, the shower blocks and all other facilities were immaculate. The dog walk is fantastic, best we've ever seen, complete with a walk-in dog wash. The staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly when we had a problem with our electric lead at night, and checked again in the morning that we were ok. Loved that there were various walks from the site, and particularly liked the walk into the lovely village of Morthoe. The fishing was good too, and couldnt fail to catch. We have just had a fantastic stay at this site. The pitches are well laid out and presented beautifully. We have never had such a big pitch. The access to the lake for fishing was great. Our son reckons he caught over 100 fish!!!! (Maybe a slight exaggeration!) The shower blocks are modern and super clean. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The dog walk and dog shower are excellent - lots of space.

We've been staying at Warcombe for 10 years now, every May Half term with family. Having camped in a few different sites across the country, we have struggled to find one as lovely as this. The facilities are spotless and quite frankly the shower is better than mine at home!

The dog walk area is lovely for a stroll after a BBQ whether you have dogs or not. The herb garden is an added bonus for fresh mint with new potatoes. The playground, although not used by mine anymore is great. There is nothing better than hearing the laughter of children outside when cooking on the BBQ.

You can walk from the Park and join the Tarka Trail and walk to Ilfracombe and then get the bus back, about 4 miles but a lovely walk.

You can also walk down to Lee through the woodland, a steep hill and slippery when wet, so walking boots recommended.

Its secure, the staff are wonderful and we love it here, overall a perfect location to explore this part of Devon. And we'll be going there for many years to...Read less.

We love Woolacombe and we have loved our experience of being in this wonderful place. However got camping and staying in my own tent the price is bonkers.

Prices have gone up but the quality on offer has not- the stinginess around guests and charging extra for everything has left a sour taste that is making us reconsider where we camp in the future. We have been coming for many years but may not return.

To be clear, the weather and other people were the main culprit here & the park is excellent.

Asked to Pitch opposite a group that were together that comprised of 3 or 4 large tents and a caravan and didn't understand the notion of respect for others and their space.

As things transpired, with the weather, the park was empty I think we and the guys next to us who also were subjected to "disco tent" probably could of been offered a new location.

The high point in the park didn't really lend itself to the windy conditions and we had hoped that someone might of asked us if we would like to move to one of the more sheltered parts of the park but as said, the wind and the rain was the main culprit but when we notified the guys in the office that we was leaving 2 nights early because everything had become saturated, we had hoped, rather than expected that we could be offered credit for a night or two at an alternative date, but no. So with that in mind, we probably won't return again....Read less.

Loved seeing how it’s developed, especially the toilet/shower blocks which are up there with the best of any campsite, the maturing dog walk field at the bottom of the site and the graded hill. All was great, staff and facilities excellent. Enjoyed having the food trucks every night. I did mention that I was disappointed that I was unable to use my electric scooter. I understand the reasons why but I have difficulty walking due to a damaged knee. As I read the rules I did not take it with me. However I was surprised to see children riding about on electric bikes. I am 73 and responsible. I suggested to the reception staff that on certain cases a blue badge (or similar) could be made available to such as me. When we arrived the weather had become very windy. When checking in we were offered a more sheltered alternative. Thank goodness as the winds had increased dramatically during the night. If we had pitched at our first spot we wouldn't have survived the night. The pitch sizes are big. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The showers were lovely and hot and very clean. We did 4 nights at Warcombe farm and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Excellent facilities, lovely and clean and well kept. Staff were absolutely perfect and very accommodating. Would well recommend as a great place for family holiday. We have a 3 year old and she loved it. Very peaceful, quiet at night and great location to access Woolacombe and surrounding area. If you can, I recommend a Seaview pitch, as the sunset was stunning and the view out to sea was

also great. No light pollution aswell, so on the clear nights, the stars were visible and lovely.

We booked a pitch for our 3 person tent and were met at the gates where the staff were very friendly and informative showing us round the site and all the amenities, we were given contact numbers to call if there was ever a problem, we felt very welcome. The pitch we booked was a standard grass pitch (no electric) it was flat, well tendered, secluded and bordered with mature hedges which was lovely. The showers and toilets were the best facilities I have ever been to when camping they were extremely clean and well thought-out, they were also warm. The site is also part of a wildlife sanctuary where were saw deer close up and walked later in the evening to see the glorious sunsets over the sea. Site felt very safe and secure with coded entry and exit barriers. Highly recommended site close to Woolacombe. We are planning on staying again....Read less.

The wifi on our pitch was sadly unusable. We could not connect to it at all. the signal was there but kept going off as soon as you tried to hook up to it. We were in sight of the mast! Maybe just a glitch.

We've been coming to Warcombe for more than twenty years and enjoyed seeing it develop into a lovely campsite. Its very well laid out with large pitches, broken up into smaller groups or single pitches separated by trees and hedges. There's never a feeling of being in a car park, unlike other sites. The facilities are super - clean, light, spacious. The reception is friendly and welcoming and the shop well stocked. The dog field is fantastic - huge, beautifully landscaped with great views and lots of interesting corners for the pup. Last year we had to cancel our booking at the last minute when our dog was taken ill, we were really touched by the kindness of the owners who let us rebook for later in the year. Sadly our Labrador died but we're now introducing a new puppy to the ways of camping and of course Warcombe is one of the first places we've taken her....Read less.

Although we tend to steer clear of proper caravan and camping sites (we prefer cheap back to basics ones) this one really surprised us. The staff were all very welcoming, cheerful and lovely. Our dog was made a fuss of by both staff and other campers, most of whom had their own dogs too. It is a very dog friendly site - you get given treats and poo bags when you arrive and there is a huge dog walking area where dogs are allowed off lead, to play sniff and socialise. There is a dog shower room as well which we utilised!

The pitches are very spacious and separated by trees and hedges making them feel private, and all other campers were polite, quiet and respectful of others.

In terms of facilities the showers are hot, and the bathrooms are immaculately clean. There is a laundry room, dishwashing area and wetsuit washing area, and a lovely little shop for provisions. On top of that there was a different food truck every night.

Great speed limit that is observed by many ( except the usual entitled crowd) very dog friendly. From the beautiful flowers and herb garden at the entrance, to the sparkling clean facilities, it was immediately obvious to us that this was an exceptional place. We received such a friendly welcome, we felt immediately at home. The ladies on reception were so helpful and pleasant. We also really.appreciated the assistance from the warden who, not accompanied us to show us our pitch, but answered any questions we had. Although this is quite usual in the USA, where we have toured extensively, this was the first time we had come across this excellent level of service in the U.K. We opted for a grass, sea view pitch, and were pleasantly surprised that this extremely large and almost completely private area also had hardstanding for our RV. We were unlucky with the weather, and the sea view pitches are rather exposed in stormy weather, but we would choose the same again for the wonderful pastoral and sea views. Warcombe was very quiet when we visited in April which was perfect for us and the 14 acre off lead dog exercise area is fabulous ! This enclosed area can be exited by a gate and eventually leads to the coastal path - a walk of may be a mile / mile and a half

The fully serviced pitches with views of the sea ( and lambs in the field immediately in front of of the pitches ) were large and spacious

We were there at a quiet time so it was very peaceful , we had no one around us until the last two days

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything

Several pubs locally both in Woolacombe and Mortehoe , both can be reached by off road footpaths , walks there are around 1 1/2 to 2 miles

The beaches around Warcombe Farm are amazing and great for dogs especially out of season but they are also allowed on some beautiful parts of the beaches all year

Have stayed here twice now beginning & end of season so quite quiet. My husband likes fishing so fished on the lake which is well stocked. We have 2 dogs and the exercise area is great and there is a dog wash if needed. The shower facilities are good very clean and also warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close by to Woolacombe and the beeches and also only a few minutes away from Ilfracombe and Combe Martin that we also love to visit.

Hope to return at the end of the season again. The only thing I would like extra is a coffee shop/cafe...Read less.

Clearly signposted, Warcombe Farm was easily accessible and we were greeted with a very friendly welcome on the first day of the season. Our dog even got a dog treat bag too which I thought was a nice touch.

The shower and toilet block was incredibly clean and spacious. We didn’t use any of the other facilities so unable to comment on these.

The woodland dog walk area was excellent with a fully enclosed site like this is makes dog walking far more relaxing.

This is our second time staying. The pitches are fantastically spacious and you never feel on top of other campers.

The toilets & showers are one of the best of all the campsites we’ve been to. The block is so warm and clean.

Our fourth visit to Warcombe and as always, it was excellent. It really is the perfect place to caravan with dogs, with the excellent dog walking area and the dog shower. We had a particularly rainy week, so the shower was very useful.

There are several good walks from the campsite and there are lots of others a short drive away.

The site is very well maintained while retaining the rural countryside look and feel. The facilities were very clean, warm and with plenty of hot water in the showers. The site staff were also very friendly and polite.

My only criticisms are that I felt the toilet cubicles to be quite uncomfortable due to the inhibiting large toilet paper dispensers. I also paid £30 for the WiFi for the 2 weeks of our stay which we found to be very slow and no improvement of the G4 signal we were receiving....Read less.

Bus service outside of the campsite to visit the beautiful surrounding areas. A stunning woodland to exercise your dogs that also proceeds onto the coastal path. An attractive fishing lake that would suit beginners and children as the fish were very easy to catch.

A stunning campsite with a variety of unique pitches to suit all tastes. We love being Lakeside and have been returning here twice yearly for 4 years or more.. Local area has plenty to do. We stayed outside of the main season and found the whole site to be of the highest quality with cleanliness clearly being one of sites best points. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful.

The dog walking area was very clean and a great place to let the dogs run free, with walking on to the coast path just a short field or two further away.

The fishing lake was incredibly well stocked and if you couldn’t catch you probably forgot to put a hook on !!!

We have never had a bad pitch at Warcombe Farm, whether in a tent or campervan. This time we were in a tent and made full use of the facilities which are always clean and warm. Even coming to the end of season the pitches are in good condition and coped with the heavy rain well. From the moment you pull onto the site, the excellent experience begins. All the staff are so helpful and happy. You are taken to your chosen pitch which is always of a high standard. The whole site has such a relaxed atmosphere and the facilities are excellent. From clean showers and toilets to lovely bright surroundings with lovely flowers and trees to the best dog walk ever. You can even access the coastal path from the site. Woolacombe and Saunton Sands are close by for amazing dog walking, surfing or just pasty and ice cream eating!

We enjoyed our stay at Warcombe Farm Camping Park - great facilities (really enjoyed the underfloor heating in the shower block) and good access to Woolacombe and the coast path. We stayed at Warcombe farm for a week with our touring caravan. We were lucky enough to have a pitch with a fantastic sea view (when the mist had cleared!). Great facilities - the shower / toilet block are immaculate and modern, and you even get to shower with music playing! The dog walking area has been well thought out to accommodate any type of dog and the dog washing shower is the envy of any dog owner!

The onsite shop sells a wide range of items if you forget anything and staff are very friendly and helpful...Read less.

This was our second visit to Warcombe Farm. It is a wonderful sight with helpful staff and excellent facilities.

The only thing that troubled us was that people wandered onto our pitch quite a bit (86) and used our private, clearly marked gate to access the lake. This was quite an invasion of privacy.

You really need a car with this site as it is a steep walk down into Woolacoombe. It was brilliant having the car with us this year as we visited some wonderful places.

Despite the people invading our space, it is still our favourite site we have visited....Read less.
