As our caravans are located on a coastal dune site, some accommodation operates with limited electrical capacity, which means higher-powered appliances such as hair dryers and microwaves cannot always be used simultaneously. While this is not a fault with the accommodation, we understand it can be frustrating if it’s not something you’ve encountered before.

With regard to the Classic caravan, as you’ve noted this is our most basic range and offers a simpler level of equipment and specification compared to our higher-grade units. However, we would expect all caravans to include essential items such as waste bins and outdoor seating, so we will review this internally to ensure everything was in place as it should have been.

As a self-catering park, guests are asked to bring certain items with them, including towels, which are only provided in our lodge accommodation. In terms of toasters, these are not included in all caravans due to power limitations on the park, although they are available in higher-spec units.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the condition of some items inside the caravan, and these will be followed up as part of our ongoing maintenance programme.
