With regard to the Classic caravan, as you’ve noted this is our most basic range and offers a simpler level of equipment and specification compared to our higher-grade units. However, we would expect all caravans to include essential items such as waste bins and outdoor seating, so we will review this internally to ensure everything was in place as it should have been.

As a self-catering park, guests are asked to bring certain items with them, including towels, which are only provided in our lodge accommodation. In terms of toasters, these are not included in all caravans due to power limitations on the park, although they are available in higher-spec units.

We understand that making up beds on arrival isn't ideal for everyone. While we do provide freshly laundered bedding, many guests prefer to make their own beds for hygiene and comfort reasons. That said, we’re actively reviewing this based on guest feedback like yours to see if we can improve the arrival experience in the future.

We’re sorry to hear unloading was stressful this time around. Unfortunately, access to certain caravans is limited by the layout of the park, but we completely understand how frustrating this must have been – especially with multiple car loads.
