Wardens are friendly & helpful & the whole site is clean & well kept. An indoor heated pool, sauna & jacuzzi are available at a small cost which we really enjoy using. There is also a small games room & a children's play area. Outside the site is a bus stop with regular bus service into Witney, Oxford, etc. there is also a village pub which we used last time we were there. Unfortunately for me it was full of dogs which I am allergic to & I don't really think dogs should be in eating areas. I know for a lot of dog owners this is a bonus for them but not for me. The swimming pool was out of action during our stay unfortunately. These things happen but having the use of the pool was a factor in us booking. Bus stops are right outside the site entrance for Witney, Abingdon and Oxford. Would have given a 5* rating but we thought the dog walk was extremely small and definitely not enough to exercise our two dogs. However we were able to take them on the bus to Abingdon for a run along the river. Lovely pub just down the lane serving excellent food. Also enjoyed the Friday mobile Fish & Chip van....Read less.

Fantastic site, we have been a number of times but I must say this time has shown us just how nice the staff are. I suffer with Multiple Sclerosis and had a fall in the van. The warden came to assist my husband in getting me up and his wife stayed with our grandson singing nursery rhymes while all of the commotion was going on. We have stayed at Lincoln Farm Park in the height of the summer and out of season this year. On both occasions the site was peaceful. Staff are very welcoming and always have time for a chat. Making the whole experience of staying more intimate than other sites we have visited. Only one shower toilet block, but never busy. Pitches a little on the small side, could be more wider, but I think that is in the pipeline for the future. Prices in line with other sites per night, in the area. Landscaped park very nice, lots of care and attention. Staff generally and Reception in particular very helpful. We have been coming here for many years, but Lincoln Farm is now falling well behind its competitors, a real shame!

Some examples are:

Dog walk very poor

Toilets while very clean need a complete upgrade, there are no individual shower/sink/toilet cubicles.

Soap holders in showers rusty therefore unuseable

Some pipes in showers held with plastic ties, bits of cardboard stuck to bottom of shower wall etc.

Beautiful greenhouse opposite reception lying disused and decaying.

Overall impression is a lack of investment in the park and an acceptance that standards are declining when compared to competitors.

Lincoln Farm is by far the best location of any campsite we have been on across the whole country and should be looking at exemplars like the ‘Old Oaks Campsite’ near Glastonbury and ‘Concierge Camping’ near Chichester to see what the competition is doing.

My Husband and I stayed on a service pitch for 5 nights The whole site is very well laid out with plenty of recycling and chemical waste points.

The staff are very welcoming and make sure you have everything you want.

We had a broken motor mover and immediately on telling Jim he was on the phone asking a local caravan technician if he could take a look and do a repair The part was ordered and the repair done on site A massive thank you to Jim for organising it and for Jacob for repairing it

First time staying in England with our camper. I feel we did strike very lucky with this site, it was very clean at all times, quiet, lovely settings.

I don't have any negatives just some slight things that could have just elevated the stay. We were advised the large pool was out of order, there was a coffee van beside reception but never opened, and on our very last night a tent in a facing site had some people being slightly loud, normally wouldn't have been an issue but trying to sleep early for being up early it was annoying but appreciate that was bespoke to us but perhaps if someone done a walk around at 10 and reminded people it's quiet time might have changed things. The park and staff were great but the toilet block was poor and outdated warm water in the shower the taps on the wash basins poor and most of them did not pull water to the tap but out of the tap neck . Had a lovely weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday. Hired the pool as a treat which was great.

Staff were really friendly. Only small issue was our power supply tripped every morning atc7am...disconnected our van and breaker wouldn't go back in so definitely a supply issue, but it dud eventually clear.. not a bug deal really.

We stayed at Lincoln Farm pak for 4 nights in September 2025. We had a full service pitch which had plenty of space and a picnic bench. The site itself is lovely, toilets and showers were very good and there's outside washing up area and a laundry. Also a swimming pool available £5 per session. Lovely pubs serving food locally, and the Black Bear 2 mins walk from the site also recommended for food and drink.The staff in reception were very informative and helpfull about the local area. The site is in the village of Standlake which is os a bus root to Oxford and many other places of interest so very good for Motorhomes. All in all a great stay. We hope to return....Read less.

Our arrival started badly as we turned into the site road entrance to be met by a very aggressive guy in an Audi who came speeding up the road blocking our turn into it. He eventually reversed a bit to let us in but as I held up my hand to thank him he wound his window down and started swearing at me very aggressively. The lady on reception knew who it was as he had been using the pool.

We have just returned from a wonderful 3-night stay (28th-30th August) and couldn't be happier with our choice of site. From start to finish, it was a truly lovely experience.

The first thing that struck us was the warm and friendly welcome from the on-site staff. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and great local knowledge, which really set the tone for our holiday.

The location is fantastic for those who love to explore on foot. There are numerous excellent walks directly from the site, meaning we could set off on an adventure without even using the car. As a dog-friendly site, it was perfect for us and our four-legged friend, who absolutely loved the local walks.

We arrived on the Friday for August bank holiday weekend and had a seamless check in, the kind park warden showed us to our pitch which was fantastic. Nice and close to the shower block. All the amenities were clean, tidy and all working great! Even had the radio on in the toilet/shower block!

The shop is always very well stocked and there were food trucks on site from 5-8pm which was a nice touch. This was our first time away in our new caravan and where better to spend it then Lincoln farm park. We enjoyed a private swim and sauna too! Would definitely recommend to everyone....Read less.

The facilities block does let the site down, it needs a refurb in my opinion. Even when it was cleaned it didn’t look or feel clean because of the dated and grubby decor.

The site is maintained to a high standard, the facilities are well looked after and there was never a wait for a shower, washing up or an over flowing bin.

The swimming pool was lovely and the sauna was a nice addition too!

The location is great for visiting Oxford and the surroundings with plenty to do close by. A lovely local pub that had local bands play was a great addition in the first day of our arrival. Pub is within staggering distance!

Great selection of nearby pubs for eating and enjoying the River Thames but there is also a great selection of food vans each night for a campsite treat if you want. The coffee truck was a great addition in the mornings also.

We stayed for 3 nights on our journey home, we were not expecting to do much as this was the end of our holiday but the site was wonderful to just relax and chill, the added park bench was great for sitting and having dinner.

Not a great deal on the doorstep but great cycle route around the lakes, the river just down the road for paddle boarding directly from a pub garden.

The Indian food van that we ate from on our last night was just amazing and a really nice touch this site offers.

We unfortunately didn’t get round to using the pool but I heard it is great.

The staff were probably the friendliest most welcoming we have experienced and the same can be said for the people onsite too.

Nice shaded site, very beautiful and well looked after, with the staff obviously doing a great job, they were out regularly weeding the pitch’s or levelling the gravel.

Slightly pricey for 3 nights but we would visit again.

We booked late on in the peak season after looking at a few sites but Lincoln park ticked all the boxes, not too big, nice pitches so you didn’t feel on top of one another, great location and for our kids….an indoor pool. Added to that when we arrived and throughout our stay all the staff were so kind and friendly. The other campers were great so noise levels were low in the evenings which was perfect for getting little ones to sleep. My 7 and 8 year old were able to walk to the facilities, park etc safely and we felt confident that they weee always safe as the site was great and also again from the size you could allow your kids some independence but keep a close eye on them....Read less.

There’s a camp shop, swimming pool, regular food vans, a dog area on the park and excellent dog walking routes, which we did. There’s a lovely 40 minute dog walk with a pub at the end! There’s also a lovely gastro pub just 2 minutes away (flat walk).

What’s not to like - fabulous clean and tidy facilities, perfect for all ages. Lovely relaxed surroundings with playpark, swimming pool, games room and exceptional showers/toilets. Well stocked shop and visiting breakfast and food vans most days. Helpful, friendly and happy staff always willing to assist, nothing is a problem.

The Black Horse pub only 2 minutes walk away is very welcoming too.

It can be relaxing or fun filled with play ground for children, two swimming pools with jacuzzis and solariums and a nice games room. Dogs are very welcome. I had previously asked if I could be located close to the park with our Granddaughter, my wish was granted, we made our 5mph drive to the pitch and yes it was right next to the park.

We pitched the caravan on our fully service pitch and settled with a well deserved cuppa.

Soon after that, we were straight in the park with our Granddaughter.

Children's park is quite well equipped and the Granddaughter had a fab time.

That night they had a fish and chip van on site so we had some very nice chips for dinner.

Shower/toilet blocks were clean and well kept, washing up facilities were also clean and functional. There was earn a couple of freezers next to the washing up area, so you could pop your ice packs in if you were camping and maybe a bit of food if you wanted. On the Sunday we decided to hire out one of their pools for an hours swim for ourselves and close family who visited for the swim.

We had a fantastic pitch with a big green field in front of us, ideal for the kids to play and then the park was opposite so we could watch them from the tents. Hired the pool twice and they absolutely loved it! Staff are all amazing, especially as we had issues with our van lock on Saturday and then my daughter hurt herself Sunday! Called up to book for 1 night as we wouldn't require 2 nights as going to work. Was told on booking that we needed to book 2 nights although we didn't need to stay extra night.

Payed £118 for 2 nights not a problem as vacated at 5pm, on leaving and handing in barrier pass was told at the desk that we only needed to book 1 night and pay £15 to leave by 6pm the next day.

Was disappointed that was not given the option when spoke to lady to book on phone. Apart from that lovely site, very clean. Had a issue with our motorhome window and Jim (onsite man) was very helpful to help fix for us.
