From the moment we arrive, July 29th the staff were very friendly, showed us to our pitch. Toilet block so clean you could eat off the floor!!

Lovely hot water, no tokens or money required. Hair dryers, shaving points, again no tokens.

camp site was in excellent order, very well maintained. The pitches were large so you didnt feel crowded. Didnt have to trek far for water and waste or bin areas. Toilet block was centrally situated so all close by.

Excellent dog walks just 5 minute walk to the pub then walks a few mins past the pub, so you can call in on your way back from a walk, our dogs automatically turned into the pub when we passed......... dog walks we had at lease 5 different routes to choose from and the paths and bridle ways were well maintained. The public house - Black Horse advised to BOOK and they do keep funny hours.

Shop was stocked with essentials.

Loved it so much we are all booked up again in September

Nice site, clean and tidy. We would return but outside of school holidays, entirely our fault forgot that other countries finish earlier than Britain. We did ask to move after the first night and the staff were good and gave us a choice of 3 other pitches that were available for the remainder of our stay. The facilities were good and the toilets always tidy. Good number of washing up sinks and Elsan disposal points. Good location easy to access, bus stop outside the site, goes to Witney or Abingdon, you can also get off at Millets Farm Shop, garden centre and animals, well worth a visit....Read less.

Site easy to find using sat nav, perfectly located near a lovely pub.

First impressions - very neat and tidy. Staff lovely and so helpful - always have a smile to greet you. They show you to your pitch which is lovely and takes away a lot of the stress of trying to find the number yourself or decipher a site map! Some pitches are on the small side - we only have a small caravan which was ok. Toilet block was immaculate. Whole site is lovely and peaceful although lots of ‘overhead’ traffic! The Rose Revived and Maybush pubs are within a couple of miles drive and situated on the river bank which is lovely and serve good food. Highly recommend the Sunday roast at the Maybush!

Friendly reception on arrival and the site had managed to reserve 4 adjecent pitches for our group.

Pitches were well looked after, level and facilities excellent and nothing miles away from the pitch. Additional bonus fish n chip van on arrival Friday night and coffee van in the moring near reception should you want it.

The site was very quiet, peaceful, easy to access. Great pub a short distance from the site entrance too. will definitely visit again

Had the most relaxing two days at this site . Situated in a beautiful village . We took out puppy with us , Monty , who I have to say was very well behaved and the staff adored him . We recently stayed for three nights whilst attending some friends joint birthday celebrations as the park was close to where they were hosting a party.

The park was excellent overall with very well maintained spacious pitches in quiet location of Standlake. Facilities were some of the best we’ve experienced with very good shower & toilet block.

Beautiful setting with a swimming pool and shop on site.

The showering and toilet facilities are kept immaculately with a sensible closing time for cleaning.

Accessibility is good with bus stops at the gate, we didn’t need to use our campervan for transport during our visit. There are lots of cycle and walking routes. There is a great pub nearby with excellent food and 2 others not far away on banks of Thames also with great menu’s.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Busses about every hour and run to Witney (change for Oxford) Abingdon and Farringdon. Stunning area to visit.

A first time visit to the site and we were so pleased to have found it online for a last minute 2 night stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout. There is a small shop at reception for essentials and a few luxuries too! We didn't use the pool or sauna etc. but others who had said it was lovely. The facilities although a little dated are clean, spacious & everything you need. We took a leisurely 1 hr stroll from the site to Newbridge and enjoyed a drink at The Rose Revived on the river before strolling back. The pub close to the site also looked good for food and as we were there during the Euros they were showing the football & did have some live music on the Saturday evening. Its not a big site and the pitches feel spacious and are set out nicely, some with hedges or small walls which feels much nicer than being in long rows on top of each other. All in all, a lovely place to stay and we will definitely be back when we are on our way down to the New Forest or Dorset coast...Read less.

This was our first visit to Lincoln Farm site and we could not have asked for better. It has a good position near the Cotswolds villages with a bus stop just outside the site. Lovely campsite with everything well thought out. We booked 4 pitches for members of the family to celebrate my Mum’s 80th birthday, we were all placed in a little cul de sac arrangement so we could get to one another easily. The pitches were well kept and we had a couple of picnic benches provided. The toilets and showers are very clean and well maintained. Several of us used the pool and reported a good experience.

There are some nice local dog walks to the lakes of Standlake. We visited nearby Witney, which is a pleasant Cotswold town and we were extremely well looked after at The Black Horse within a stone’s throw of the site entrance. All in all it was an excellent. On arrival met by a very cheerful lady who booked us in and then personally took us to our pitch. She explained exactly where the various facilities were placed around the site and also offered up some places to visit. The site was very well manicured and all of the facilities immaculate. Unfortunately the laundry area was closed, but the manageress offered to use her own machine if we were desperate 😁

Our pitch, 28, was lovely and flat, with shade provided by trees, yet sunshine most of the day.

The only negative is the building works being undertaken next to the site, they started making noise at 7am, but even this wasn’t too bad. Obviously Lincoln Farm Park can do nothing about it....Read less.

We found Lincoln Park a delight. We arrived well over six hours late on the day of our arrival due to a major Police Incident on the M5 - and Reception had closed. Alison from Reception couldn’t do enough to help - She is a lovely person, definitely a people person and she made sure we were settled before leaving us. We subsequently found all the Staff were really accommodating which we find is sadly lacking sometimes. The Park was a wonderful surprise, very green with all sorts of beautiful trees including some really pretty weeping willows. The toilets were immaculate and cleaned regularly, pitches a decent size and there’s a charming little Pub two minutes down the road that serves food. The Park has it’s own pool which was lovely and although you pay separately to use it, we found it well worth it - beautifully maintained and quiet when we were there, although it was before school holidays. As we told Alison when we left, we really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return...Read less.

From arriving on site we found the staff friendly and very approachable, the toilet blocks were extremely clean and modern, access to the site was very easy. The pitch was shown to us by a lovely lady on a bike, there's a security barrier so security is excellent.

The atmosphere on site was relaxed and very friendly with no loud noises at night (apart from the owl in the tree behind us...but that added to the charm).

The site is close to Oxford and not far from the Cotswolds.

If you're taking a touring caravan we'd recommend pitch 49 as it get's the sun most of the day.....as long as you don't mind an owl :)...Read less.

A big thank you to the staff at this site. We asked for a pitch close to the shower block as my husband is disabled and they accommodated this without question. We had a problem with our motor mover so couldn't use it and one of the wardens guided me on site. The warden who booked us in checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok. The facilities on site are excellent and very well maintained, the swimming pool was a huge success with our daughter. First of all we would like to say that ALL the staff were the sort of people you would be proud to have as family. nothing was to much trouble if you had a question or needed some help then you just had to ask. Cleanliness, of the facilities,and the grounds was top draw. The convience of a bus so close was very handy. Also there is a shop a few minutes walk down the road to get your paper and bits and bobs that the on site shop does not have. (all thought there cakes are so good ) Having the 2 swimming pools is such a BONUS this is some thing not a lot of places offer

We have just returned from 5 nights at Lincoln farm. From booking to leaving I cannot find any negatives.

The staff were fabulous, friendly and very accessible.

Booking was easy, checking in quick.

Our pitch was no.52, opposite the toilet block. It was large and very tidy.

The facilities were spotless and checked regularly by the staff.

The site shop had basics and was open at good times.

Plenty of local information was available, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in helping your stay be as good as possible.

I used the pool and found the facilities again very clean and well maintained.

Great site, we have stayed there many times both with caravan and campervan. Nice pitches, the fully serviced ones have a picnic table, but all are well spaced and well kept. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. The shower block is very clean and excellent private shower cubicles. The dog walk is clean but short, we take our dog for a longer walk offsite. Haven't tried the swimming pool. There is a coffee stand at the weekends which is very good. There is a village shop and a pub nearby....Read less.

We stayed at Lincoln Farm Park in June 2024 - initially just two of us for a few days then joined by other family in their own motor home. I can honestly say that this is one of the best sites we've stayed at - lovely location and good, fully serviced pitches. The site was under new ownership and appears well cared for and in excellent condition.

I saw quite a few reviews online complaining about the toilet and shower facilities but we found them perfectly fine. They may be a little tired looking but they're immaculately clean and more than adequate. The showers are of the push button variety which is pretty standard on many sites - they'd be even better if water temperature could be adjusted but overall a good standard.

The owners and team were friendly and helpful and the local area is great for walking, cycling and kayaking on the river. A pub and small shop in the village is always good, and plenty of other great pubs within a short cycle / drive.

The facilities are first class and very clean. The staff very helpful especially when we lost electricity supply to our van. There was no fault with the site but fault with our not a year old caravan . The warden even put us in touch with local caravan repair guy who also came same day .

The site has lovely walk from it, a pub on the corner and a lovely pub The Rose revived about a mile away right on the Thames. Abingdon on Thames worth a visit, free 4 hrs parking at Whitney with a M&S ,Woodstock and Blenheim palace also worth a visit....Read less.

The site was recommended and it didn’t disappoint. It’s well kept with a nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The shop is well stocked with useful items. The shower block could do with a bit of updating but are very clean with plenty of hot water. The site is easy to access and sits in a beautiful village with a friendly pub a short stroll away. What a lovely campsite

We were on pitch 63, which was slightly away from the main pitches, which was ideal for us as we have 3 small dogs which can be quite barky at times.

Lady in reception was really friendly with the gentleman showing us our pitch and helping to guide us in.

Car was parked in a parking space just next to caravan, so it wasnt on top of the caravan!

The facilities were great, ladies loos and toilets were super clean and tidy, showers were hot! With plenty of space to get changed and have dry clothes!

Recycling and washing up (Inc fridges freezers and microwave) was behind the showers, again clean tidy with easy instructions for the recycling.

We found local dog walking places away from lots of crowds and other dogs which was great, there was plenty of other circular walks that other people did which they said was great for them.

All in all lovely place, so much so we added an extra day to our stay.

Only 'fault' for US was the gas guns going...Read less.

From the moment we checked in, we felt this was a special site. Beautifully laid out with large pitches under mature trees with a separate grassed area with a picnic table. The toilet block is well kept with piped music and there is a lovely info hut/ book swap/ board games area full of local info. The village pub next to the site was lovely and there are 2 more pubs within a very short drive. We didn't see the 2 internal pools behind reception due to our short stay. We hve literally just returned from here….First impressions were whoa! This is nice…lovely welcome…The site is so well laid out hedges for privacy both sides….Beautiful foliage and although gravel lots of grass…we thought it was lovely….The area of Standlake is lovely..There’s a pub practically adjacent to the site which we used and we enjoyed our meals….We thought the facilities were spotless….individual washing cubicles…We found the showers lovely as you are able to get dressed without being confined….Ive read reviews re “push button” and yeh it can be a bit annoying but I get it not wasting water and from my experience the water always came back on warm….all in all we loved it here..A review is written from the visitors own perspective and for us we cld not fault Lincoln Park….In fact one of the nicest we’ve ever visited and we’ve been to a few now in different locations….....Read less.

Although we loved the surrounding area and all the trees on the site, we were disappointed with the pitch size and how close together all the pitch’s are. We booked an awning pitch but it was too small to have an awning and the car. I mentioned this at reception and on their booking system it had no mention of an awning but on our booking it showed we had booked it, so the information is not getting through. There were allocated parking spaces for 3 of the pitch’s but not ours so we had to park in the carpark before the barrier that is not ideal. Although the people who run the site are very friendly we will not return, as even if our information about the awning had been received, we were told it still could not be guaranteed....Read less.

We have stayed at Lincoln Farm once before a few years ago, & after our most recent stay we both asked ourselves why we had not made a return visit much sooner to this really lovely caravan park. The reception staff were really welcoming on our arrival & gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We had chosen a fully serviced pitch which was spacious & level & had a picnic bench for our personal use. The grounds are lovely & beautifully maintained by caring grounds staff & are attended to daily. The shower/toilet facilities are of a good quality & cleaned to a high standard & this is done daily at a set time. The waste/recycling area is well laid out & collection & cleanliness of this area is well maintained to avoid excessive build up. There are plenty of washing up areas, a laundry & a purpose built imformation room in the grounds with seating inside & picnic benches just outside too.

We really enjoyed our stay & will defiantly be returning to this lovely touring park....Read less.

This was our 3rd visit over 12 years. The setting is beautiful with easy walks from the site and close for enjoying Oxford and the Cotswolds. However, the showers are tired and need an update. Some cubicles only have one hook for clothes and holes are left by hooks that have fallen off !. The drains in the ladies showers smelled and didn’t drain properly. Tiles and grouting are dirty and need a good clean. The laundry was closed for the whole week we were there and no indication of when it would open, which at the cost per night was disappointing. When we booked there was NO mention of the building site adjacent to the site, the builders start at 07:30 so don’t plan on having a lie in!! If we’d known before booking we would have gone elsewhere. Some discount for this intrusion would have been appreciated. Staff were very pleasant, although reluctant to deal with a constantly barking dog - we endured his barking for 4 days, he was tied up next to the owners van, the owner was absent !...Read less.

Dogs barked throughout the day when we visited. Surprised to see one dog had been left tethered with a covered crate by its owners who were not around. A couple of dogs off lead or not contained on their pitch so able to reach the paths. Annoying as our dog is quite nervous and was aggressively approached on the path by a dog who had 'slipped its lead'.

Shame really because the park itself is quite pleasant and well maintained although our allocated pitch was just too narrow for our outfit & car to park comfortably, despite us having given the dimensions on booking. There is a car park by reception to leave the car and some pitches have allocated parking by the facilities block.

Not enough positives to want to return although I hear the local pub is good....Read less.

We have been coming to Lincoln farm park for approximately 20 years , we haved used lots of other sites but always end up comparing every site to Lincoln farm and nothing ever compares.

The site wardens have always been friendly and the grounds kept beautifully the shower blocks have always been immaculate as have the swimming pools.

I would highly recommended a stay here, a absolutely fantastic place with plenty to do , great pub next door with outstanding food..and a bus stop right outside the site for a day in witney or other local attractions...5*****...Read less.

I've just got back from 5 nights at Lincoln Farm Park with my dog and have to say it's probably the best touring park I've ever been to. The staff were so friendly and the park was beautiful, lots of lovely trees and shrubs, nicely laid out and really well tended. Luckily the weather was good for me which did help too. The facilities were kept really clean and the showers were nice and hot, I didn't find the push buttons to be a problem either. My dog liked the dedicated dog walk and there were lots of nice local walks as well. We enjoyed trips to Witney and Abingdon where there are lots of free car parks and places to walk along the river. As I was alone with my dog I didn't use the pool or gym on site so cannot comment on those but I would definitely go back again....Read less.

Great site situated in the beautiful village of Standlake.

Superb very well kept site with very easy access and circulation routes. Showers and toilet areas are all spotlessly clean, warm and in good condition.

This all reflects the enthusiasm and care from the management team and staff. Each and every one very friendly and helpful.

Good stocked shop.

Didn’t use the pools, so can’t comment.

Will definitely return.

It is a real gem of a site whose owner's take great pride in the service they provide you with.

The pitch we had was a good size and the amenities block is very clean and well kept with the added bonus of music playing which I find is a lovely little touch.

All in all a cracking weekend on a fab site.

This is a third time we have stayed at Lincoln farm and would recommend it to any of our family or friends. From the moment you arrived you want me to feel so welcome by the staff they are so helpful and give you lots of advice. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The toilet area is always kept very clean and they check it regularly. We have visited this site well into double figures over the past 15 years or so. We visit an elderly Aunty who lives in Abingdon, and this site is perfect to combine a family visit with a short 3 to 6 Day break.

The location is perfect for Abingdon, Oxford, Witney, Blenheim Palace & the Cotswolds, there is so much to see and do that it is always interesting.

The site itself is well maintained and set out with good sized pitches.

The Toilet/Shower block facility is always clean and tidy.

There is also an on site gym and pool, not something we use so can't comment on that but is there for those who would.

There is an excellent Village Pub just outside the Site entrance, so literally only a few minutes walk away and then there is the excellent Rose Revived & Maybush pubs only a short drive away, for those who like to eat out.

Personally we cannot fault this site, which is witnessed by the amount of times we have revisited and we have never had a bad experience.

A warm welcome on entry, all things explained easily using a site map. After seeing a very negative blog on YouTube we were a little hesitant about what to expect, but fears were not required. A quite site, large pitch easily bid enough for car , awning and car plus a picnic table on our pitch. Staff are working hard to keep the site in a pristine condition. You are not over looked on pitch we were on and only a couple of minutes to the shower and toilet block, where the water is lovely and warm.
