This is a lovely easily accessible site with large, flat pitches. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the toilet/shower block is spacious and spotless with plenty of hot water. The whole site feels calm and restful. The staff are very friendly and helpful with special thanks to Jim who went out of his way to help us get into our caravan when I lost the keys! We had a great week here, the staff were fantastic, especially helpful when we had a problem with the car. The site was spotless, lovely roomy warm showers. We had a super pitch. Our daughter came for the day and we used the pool which was brilliant. You have to pay but it was well worth it. There is a bus stop right outside the site which we used to go to Witney, Abingdon and Oxford. There is a good pub just down the road from the site. We will be returning next year!...Read less.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay camping at Lincoln Park Farm. The facilities are great, 2 pools available, one of which we booked for our own private use which was great fun. Yes, you have to pay but how many sites have one pool let alone two! Also, a lovely gym. We took advantage of the fish and chip van and the pizza van which was great and saved us cooking. Both were reasonably priced, tasted good and were a nice holiday treat. There is also a good pub at the end of the driveway which we used for evening drinks and a coffee hut on site each morning if you enjoy a fresh coffee and pastries.

We enjoyed the games room playing pool and table football. Our pitch was a good size and had ample parking next to it. There was also room for lawn games in-between the pitches and many families including us had lots of fun playing badminton and boules etc. We were impressed with the shower block, plenty of cubicles all of a good size with a dry area to change. The pitches are great, the staff all very welcoming and friendly, the site itself is in a super location with plenty to do on site and surrounding areas. We have been to a few sites over the years but Lincoln Farm tops them all. They are lovely people and have really thought about the experience. It's well designed, well cared for and they don't have 'computer says no' mentality that some of the other sites have. Fabulous site, toilets & showers are excellent, very clean and spacious and plenty of hot water. Great playground with swings etc for the kids. Super swimming pool which we hired privately twice during our stay - worth every penny. Pizza & fish n chip van visit the site and there's a great pub, The Black Horse, a 5 minute stroll away . Bus stop right outside the site entrance which goes to Witney, and from there you can get a bus into Oxford city centre. The last bus back from Witney is fairly early so you need to check the times to make sure your not stranded, although it's not too far to get a taxi / Uber if necessary. Millets Farm is lovely to visit too and about a 10 minute drive. Plenty to see and do for all ages, and a great farm shop & cafe.

The site is on a beautiful location set in the countryside. A quiet site but with excellent clean facilities. Pub literally 5 mins walk. Bus stops just outside the entrance for trips out including Oxford. Jeremy Clarksons new pub is about a 15 minute drive which is worth a visit. Weather was also perfect for us Northerners. Our new favourite site, children loved the play park, swimming pool and pool table. The staff were all lovely and very helpful , the shop sold all the essentials and treats and is open until 8. The facilities were very modern and clean. The site was well kept and clean and although full was quiet at night.

Spacious pitches in attractive well maintained grounds. Location good although you do need a car for shopping, easy access to the site. Staff friendly and welcoming, very helpful at all times and professional, recommended we visited Millets maize and also gave us a 10% off voucher. Millets was worth a visit, food was good there too. Facilities were always clean, no queueing for showers. Plenty of dishwashing areas with hot water. Play park for children was good. We ate at The Black Horse, a 10 minute walk from the site, excellent meal with huge portions and tasty. We also liked the foodie trailors that visited the site, fish and chips and pizza. Third visit. The private hire of the pool draws us back to this first class site. Super clean showers, lovely tidy site. A few essentials in the reception shop but the post office & shop is a short walk away, as is a nice pub. Coffee & cake kiosk available a few mornings. Pizza & Fish & chip vans call too.

We have stayed with you many times over the last 15 to 20 years. We have always had a great time including this year.

Although the toilet facilities are kept very clean by the site staff, we feel it is time the facilities were updated, they have not changed in our memory. The drainage company were called out at least twice during our stay as the toilets did not drain away. We think it is time to update the facilities block and the connected services.

In addition the laundry was closed also, possibly linked to drainage issues....Read less.

Although I have not rated the site highly it was due to the cost, at £50 per night I wouldn’t have expected to pay to use the pool which when you go in as a family that’s another £22 per hour, also half the machines in the games room were out of order and our pitch was tiny no space for kids to play . The location was great, the facilities were not 5 star in my opinion they were not clean by any means, cob webs is a high indication of cleanliness and the facilities were covered the bin area was filthy and I get it, it’s for rubbish but I was reluctant to touch anything! The showers were what you would find in a school basic and un loved. For families I think the site would be great but we were not with children but a dog. There was no area for the dogs to run just a corridor style walk way and only one Pooh bin..pub was great near by but that’s about it!...Read less.

Lincoln Farm Park is a really lovely site. It was our first visit and we would definitely return. Toilets/shower blocks were spacious and kept clean. Always hot running water and plenty of soap, toilet rolls etc. We really enjoyed having the food wagons visit and we enjoyed fish and chips on the Friday evening and beautifully cooked pizzas on the Saturday. The site is very well situated for visiting other areas in Oxfordshire. We caught a bus at entrance to the site and spent some time in Witney. We also walked just up the road and enjoyed a drink in the local pub. All in all a really lovely weekend and a site we would definitely return to....Read less.

We stayed here so that we could attend Feastival without camping at the festival.

The toilets were always clean, the use of the swimming pool and sauna was fab.

The play area was great for my 5 year old and overall I would 100% stay here.

The only negative was that the steam room was out of action. But a minor issue that you wouldn't even expect at a campsite so not even a real issue.

The other negative.... Was that we stayed during storm Lillian 🤣 This caused issues with power cuts to the pool and the exit barrier. Although an inconvenience, this was mother nature and the staff were instantly on hand to get resolved as soon as possible. When the camp site even started to flood, the staff were straight on hand to pump out drains and clear the water. You can't odds the weather but you could not fault the staff during probably THE worst weather for camping.

We found our pitch (28) a bit tight to get into with our 7.4 metre long caravan and the trees could have done with a bit of cutting back as the high winds made them swish across the roof, but overall a very tidy site with a good mix of caravans, motor homes and tents. The price was quite high compared to other very nice camp sites in England that we stayed at. Overall we like this park, facilities are good and grounds well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is good with several pubs, places to visit and things to do. We have been here 4 times now and our stay this time was very nice. Couple of things of note, there was a wasp nest in brickwork near the children’s playground which was signposted caution angry wasps. Personally this nest should have been destroyed because if a child is stung and has allergic reaction I think the park could be in trouble as they are aware the wasps are there and have done nothing about it. Secondly I think it won’t be long before the shower block will need revamping as becoming a bit tired….hair dryers are very poor! All in all a nice stay and worth a visit...Read less.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday at Lincoln Farm Park in August 2024. This was our second visit. The site is small and well-run with helpful, friendly staff. The pitches for caravans are spacious and our pitch this time was surrounded by a tall hedge to the back with a fence and wall at the sides. There also was a wooden picnic bench, which was a great addition. The site is quiet and well cared-for. We went as a family of five, two adults, our eight-year-old daughter and two eight-year-old greyhounds. Our daughter loved the swimming pool and hot-tub and the children's playground was also well-used. Children can safely ride their bikes and scooters around the site. There is a small dog-walking area (about 100m long), but this was sufficient for morning and evenings and there are some great walks nearby. The information hut is a well-kept and you could escape there for a quiet read, if you wished. The shower block was always immaculately clean with no waiting for showers....Read less.

Very clean site, very helpful staff, site quite small and not much to do for children. It was an expensive site and having to pay extra (£25 a day) for the use of the swimming pool for one hour was extortionate!! If you paid £40, then you could have the pool to yourselves for an hour.. this is ridiculous as it stops others being able to use the pool..money grabbing!!

We had a lovely time on this park and we will defo return and recommend. The pitches are all good sizes and well place although there’s 2 or 3 that I wouldn’t be so happy on. Extra kudos to the lovely lady in the reception/shop who was so friendly and loved all the doggies (not just ours). The showers and toilets are superb and lovely and clean. I would have given 5 stars but we felt the dog walk let it down. It was just a shirt lane so not enough. A field or something like would be favourite to let the dogs run free for a bit, bearing in mind they’re tied up all the time on site. The site is in a central location. Quality staff wardens and reception. Pool extra cost of £7 Adult and £4 child. This should be included in total charges. Pitches are tight, my neighbour had to park his car on my pitch. This was our 2nd visit and we experienced the same disruptive neighbours. It started at 1500 Sunday on our arrival day. Music and sing alongs carried on until 2100. These from 3-4 adult males. Their language of F and C words was gross. By 2100 they were so drunk they had to be carried to their vans. It was really odd as the music suddenly stopped. These people were locals and use the park all the time. I found out the next day the warden patrols the site at 2100 and 2230 So they knew what they were doing. So if you want peace and quiet avoid weekends, school and bank holidays otherwise you will be dissappointed. I booked a week stay £420 and left after 3 nights. Noise from the buidling site, aircraft and screaming uncontrolled kids finally did it for me....Read less.

Me and partner stayed for 2 nights, it was our first trip in our camper so we're on the edge about what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the grounds were lovely. The only thing I would have liked is for an open field or some sort of area to play badminton or bat and ball as the spaces are quite close together. Was told that would be fine and a note was made on our booking . When we arrived we hadn’t been given the requested pitch. We were then told they don’t reserve pitches. Unfortunately we had also been allocated a pitch without any sun. However, all facilities were spotless and we had a fun break with the children . We enjoyed a lovely walk to the river Thames where they are 2 pubs for refreshments. The children enjoyed the on site park .

This is our 3rd time to Lincoln Farm Park in the last 5 year .. still high quality and fantastic pitches and good electric hook up .. well kept all round site .. Not over crowded.. Stuff happy to help made to feel welcome.. Only a few miles from Brize norton RAF .. Which we loved the planes coming over as big RAF fans ... definitely value for more ... Shower lovely all kept to a high standard.. washing up areas around site are so handy. We felt safe and happy for our children to ride around on there bikes and use play area..

I only had one down point, there is long stay caravan on site only a handful but they go off to work and get up at 6 am and could have been a bit more quiet about it, as we was in a tent we could here there as pitch up behind us ... Black Horse pub within 100 yards, 2 other riverside pubs within 1 1/2 miles. These can be reached by the Mosaic trail but we didn’t attempt this.

What a site! Fantastic surroundings, clean and well looked after site, reception and "shop" always full of anything you could need. The "Staff" were impeccable and truly a credit to Lincoln farm, knowledgeable of surrounding area, nothing was any trouble. Fantastic little coffee cart in the mornings, and lovely food truck on the Saturday night. The best showers we have used, always clean, powerful enough for my daughter's bum length hair, the whole site was always clean and well looked after. We had a fully service pitch, which made the stay a little easier, but the facilities were close for every pitch. The pitches were all of a great size, didnt feel ontop of each other. The only recommendation that we would like to make is to apply a softer sand surface for the tent pitch instead of the gravel.

The camping is a very beautiful camping with nice and clean toilets and showers. A pity is that the push button is relatively short It is a perfect place to visit from there a day trip to Oxford. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have an indoor pool, unfortunately not an outdoor pool. You need to book and pay, only at limited hours. It is a very neat and tidy campsite. A lot of effort is put in maintenance of the site, for the facilties and amenities, but also for the pitches, roads and all the trees and plants. Thus good points for look and feel. Also the staff are very friendly. Bathtub in the childrens bathroom was a good surprise for us.

The site is reasonably quiet, considering our visit in highseason. Playgroud was good for our 4 year old, for older children it couldhave been a bit more extensive.

Location is good for visiting Oxford, some of the Cotswolds villages and the Cotswolds Wildlife Park and for touring South England, it is located very centrally.

Swimming pool is a bit pricey for a campsite pool, but we were lucky to be most time alone in the pool during the first open hour on Sunday morning.

This is our 3rd visit to this site, it’s perfect for children with a park, well stocked shop and pool. The only thing which is missing is a playing area for children to play football as they tend to try to do it in between pitches which isn’t ideal....Read less.

A lovely, clean, well spaced park with large, level pitches. Though there is little in terms of facilities on site, this makes it a quiet, peaceful place to be, and there is a shop providing some basic necessities.

There's also a pub (The Black Horse) just outside the site with a nice beer garden and decent food options.

At the end of the road, you can catch the bus to Whitney, which only takes about 15mins, and is a nice little town for a visit.

We did the mosaic walk (again just off site) and though it was quite overgrown in places it was worth the effort when we reached the end and found 2 nice pubs. The Rose Revived has a beautiful setting on the river Thames, and was a gorgeous place to enjoy a drink enjoying the view, and a few minutes further, The Maybush, again with a lovely setting and some excellent food.

We ate lunch overlooking the river before the trek back.

All in all, a great site with spotlessly clean facilities.

We have stayed at this site quite a few times over the years. Initially because we had a young toddler and the family bathroom facilities suited us. Now our children are older the pool and playground are really handy and of high quality. We love this site....Read less.

We had a lovely quiet stay here. I would however recommend having an area for children age 8+. The playground is great for younger children. Perhaps a playing field for older children ro play basketball/football etc. This was a downfall for our family as all our children are age 10 and over and they had nowhere to go to play ball games. Also I understand that facilities need to be cleaned but the times of 11-12.30 seems excessive and its a prime time for people on holidays to use the showers and toilets. But I must say the toilet block was in excellent condition and very warm and clean. Downside was not having the self service laundry available however I understand new machines were ordered and the staff offered to do the laundry, which I accepted.

Staff were extremely friendly and happy, the site was very well maintained and its a perfect site for older people and young families with young children.

First time visiting this site and did so with family. My mum and my adult daughter and I met with my niece and family ( inc a 3 year old). The site was lovely and clean and they organised for us to be pitched near each other. The pool was lovely. You do have to pay but great pool. There is also a well maintained children’s playground. This is our second year visiting the site.

Everything is top notch, great to have an exercise/heath centre on site, nothing greater than a pool to cool off in in summer😊.

Country Walks from the site, rewarding pint in the Black Horse, banging food, 500 metres frm the site ( too close🤣).

There are some lovely places around there, Witney especially and others.

It’s a good base if you want explore, but if you just want to chill out, everything is there.

The staff are well nice, can’t do enough 🥰.

The fish n chip van and pizza van that come onto site are really good 😌.

The only negative is that the only shop/post office in the village is 👎, the only veg was three onions when we went 🤷🏼‍♂️.

The site need to provide more basic provisions, fresh crusty bread, eggs, milk, cheese, meat(cooked & raw,sausages, burgers, steak). Local🤔!.

Had to cancel original planned holiday due to car trouble. Called Lincoln farm on the off chance and they had no problem accommodating us. Upon arrival, they even placed us on one of the pitches we had stayed on before. The service is brilliant, the staff can't do enough for you. The facilities are also first rate....Read less.

Great site with perfect location for RIAT which was the reason for our stay. Pristine in cleanliness within facilities and tidiness around the site. Only disappointment was when we came back from a day out to find our picnic bench had been taken, we were simply advised that we should never have had it as they were only for fully serviced pitches which we weren’t on. Walking round the site there were plenty other empty pitches so I’m sure we could’ve been loaned one for the remainder of the stay - I also couldn’t find any information anywhere stating this was the case. It didn’t spoil our stay but did disappoint as we’d used it everyday. The park was excellent for children of all ages and all 3 of our boys enjoyed playing out (10, 6 and 1 year old). We will definitely consider here again if we return to RIAT in future....Read less.

Such a lovely peaceful place, the people are friendly and to be honest a big shout out to Alison as she is amazing. The shower block is clean and tidy, there was a kitchen area with a fridge, freezer everything you would need. There is a gym and swimming pool that’s accessible for an extra charge, also a games room but we couldn’t use that as dogs where not allowed and we couldn’t leave her on her own in the tent.

Would highly recommend to anymore looking to escape for a few days as it’s really nice, we are already looking at when we can go back...Read less.
