The site is impeccable and very quiet, although we stayed in a campervan in February. The hosts are very friendly and supportive, making the stay very comfortable. The grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Although there was a problem with electricity provided to our pitch, maintenance was on the spot quickly and fixed the situation, so, any problems were quickly sorted. The toilets were very clean and the showers provided ample hot water. There is a small shop on site with a good supply of necessary items, if required, and a pub close by. Five star site, beautifully laid out with clean modern facilities. Above & Beyond the vast majority of sites we have visited, excellent location for the Cotswolds. The pitches are well laid out with a variety of service points, great safe play area for children, lush quiet plots for couples, a swimming pool/gym/shop on site, with staff that are like family and a lovely traditional pub serving fine wines, beers and food only a five minute walk away, it’s way too good for words.

We had a lovely pitch in the paddocks which we found perfect. Close to the facilities that were very clean and well maintained. Plenty of bins and recycling boxes , sinks for washing up ( Although a little patience is required to fill the sinks as the hot water trickles)

We had a great stay at this well run and well maintained site. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are exceptional, very clean and they even have piped music. There is a fish and chip van on site every Friday as well as a Pizza van on a Saturday. A coffee van selling drinks, cakes and paninis is on site most mornings. There is a small shop in reception where you can purchase basic necessities , if you want a newspaper, there is a small post office/newsagent just a short walk from the campsite. Local pub is just outside the campsite entrance and serves good food and beer. Bus stops are also right outside the entrance with access to Oxford and Witney.

The have an indoor swimming pool on site which unfortunately we didn't have time to visit.

We recently returned from a 5-night break at Lincoln Farm Park. We absolutely loved this site. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the site just had a lovely, peaceful feel about it. The van offering drinks, and breakfast items was great, the shop had a good stock of items we needed, and the pool was brilliant. The facilities were always clean. We hired the pool three times for our family and were so impressed that we could do this. We visited Legoland Windsor and enjoyed a meal at the Rose Revived. We have been to Lincoln Park on a number of occasions but the last time we were there we weren't made to feel welcome because we have converted van (not a purpose built campervan / motor home) and the rules were very strict, however, we wanted a break and also wanted to practice putting up a new awning (not for the faint hearted !!). What a beautiful clean site. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble.

My family( husband +2 children 11 &13 ) and my good friends ( husband, wife & children 9 &12 ) stayed 8 nights during half term. We had phoned ahead to see if we could be sited together and we had 2 lovely pitches. We pre booked an exclusive swim for the Monday in the larger pool which had a sauna and steam room this was great unfortunately there was no jacuzzi as it had been emptied due to the site closing for winter. We went in the other pool on Saturday this was warmer and had a sauna( but this wasn't in use ) both pools were lovely and clean. The shower/toilet facilities were clean and always warm maybe could do with updating but we had no issues . The laundry room was closed due to end of season but the lady on reception was very helpful and offered to wash and dry a load of washing for my friend. Beautiful location . We even got to watch the fireworks at the village hall .We will definitely return...Read less.

We were recommend Lincoln farm Park by some family members who have stayed there a few times previously. We were not disappointed. A lovely scenic site within close distance to all the major Cotswold attractions. The toilet/shower blocks were wonderfully clean and warm. We stayed over Halloween and were delighted that there were so many other families taking part in trick or treating. Our two girls (3, 5) had the best time. We would thoroughly recommend the site, and already have.

We thought the shower block facilities were amongst the best we've used in the UK, and they were kept very clean throughout our stay. When my only criticism is that the water in some of the hot taps was too hot, that's not bad - but don't let kids use the sinks before you check the water temp.

Layout of the site was fine, and from what I could see all the power connections were right next to each pitch. Be aware that awnings need to be on the hard standing - rock pegs are essential.

The owners greater us on arrival, and were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

All in all a great campsite. The only thing that would stop us coming back is because we tend to travel further from home (this is about an hour for us). But would definitely return if we need to camp in the area again....Read less.

We booked Lincoln farm park as we couldnt find anywhere available to stay at such short notice and I am so glad we did.

The family that run the campsite are so accommodating, nothing is a problem, the campsite was beautiful and located in a lovely area.

We have quite a large motor home but the access and roads leading up were easy to navigate and so was the campsite.

All facilities were amazingly clean, pubs are located within walking distance and there are some lovely bike rides next to fishing lakes nearby.

Will absolutely be returning.

Great walk along to the village with 2 pubs - The May Tree and another great pub opposite. Wear your wellies though during rainy season as flooded in some areas and had to do last bit on the road. We had an amazing stay here. The welcome we had when we arrived was second to none. The facilities were very clean, it’s the only site we’ve stayed on where the bathrooms were warm when you got out of the shower. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at Lincoln Park Farm Campsite to be greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who gave us all the details of the site and directed us to our pitch. Since we arrived midweek, the site was very quiet and peaceful, which was lovely. However, it's clearly a popular spot as the weekend saw quite a few new arrivals.

While we didn't use the facilities ourselves, we noticed that the campsite offers two private pools that you can book for exclusive use. At first, the cost seemed a bit high, but when you think about having a pool all to yourself for a family swim, it’s actually quite reasonable—especially considering the costs of maintaining them.

Just two minutes' walk from the site is a charming pub, where we found a warm welcome. Additionally, there are two bus stops just outside the park, making it easy to get into Witney, a lovely town to explore, or onward to Oxford. Buses are only £2 per person, which is a great bonus.

Took advantage of the five nights for the price of four in September, the site is lovely, and they gave us a lovely sunny pitch, the whole site is spotless including the toilets which had heating. They have a heated indoor pool with steam room and sauna, it cost £7 for an hour which was plenty of time. Being close to the end of season it was quite quiet on site and the shop was running down but a short walk away was a post office that sold everything. There is a bus stop at the entrance, we went into Witney a lovely town and lunch in Wetherspoons. I was a bit disappointed that the launderette was closed as we were going on to another site and i needed to do some washing All the staff are lovely people and very friendly nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. My one complaint is that the showers in the ladies need seeing to the water was not very hot and the push buttons only last a few seconds my husband said the gents was the same. Good morning, we enjoyed being at your campsite again after 10 years. It is just a pity that the greenery is poor to very poor. All weeds, no flowers, dead trees and shrubs.

On the website it is written about the swimming pools that there is a jacuzzi and a sauna... not so, not anymore. Sauna not in use and jacuzzi gone???

A lovely, spacious campsite that is kept impeccably well by the grounds team. The pitches aren't regimented but instead flow nicely around the one way circuit with ample room and drinking water close by to all pitches. All block facilities were well looked after and very clean. It's dog friendly which was great for us but it does mean that some worse behaved dogs are also allowed... For our two night stay there were a couple of very barky dogs until about 2-3am!

We used the fish and chip van on site on the Friday night which was very good (this becomes a pizza van on Saturdays). The private pool hire is a great feature and a good price - we used pool 1 for an hour with our baby and was lovely and warm. The village itself is quiet but does have a pub serving food which seemed popular, we popped in for a drink and the staff were nice. We didn't venture further than that but we plan to use the bus links outside the campsite gate to get to Whitney or Oxford next time...Read less.

My only recommendation would be check the electric or increase to 16amp, we found
