It was our first time staying here, but definitely won’t be our last !! Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Shower blocks were absolutely spotless, and such a lovely touch of fresh flowers by the sinks ! We were with family and requested pitches together, which we were given, and best of all, close to the play park for our grandchildren! The play park was inspected and racked over daily, which we were extremely impressed with…. In fact the staff didn’t seem to stop maintaining the site all day long ! The location of this site is lovely. It is accessible and there are lots of things to do around and about. There are some lovely walks and a pub a short walk away.

The facilities are great, the site itself is very well kept and the toilets are spotless.

The staff are brilliant, they couldn’t be more helpful. Hats off to all the wardens, they do an exceptional job of making sure all visitors are welcomed and supported during their stay!

When we lived in Birmingham this site was just down the M40 and very easy to get to. We now live in Poole, Dorset and will happily drive the 3 hours to get there.

Such a nice site visually as when as atmosphere. The staff always try to make you feel welcome as if you’re coming home.

With buses at the site entrance to take you into Witney (or Oxford) you needn’t feel the need to drive once you’ve pitched up, and with 2 indoor pools available as well as a mini gym on site you don’t need to leave the site for something to do

Our first visit to Lincoln Farm Park after rescheduling our original stay during the heatwave -which was handled brilliantly . It was still pretty hot so not much time spent inside .

Our pitch was fully serviced and quite private (34) with hedges either side. The site was nicely laid out with very clean facilities . We didn’t use the pool or the shop during our stay. We did have a few drinks at the pub just down the road - the Black Horse, but not food as the kitchen doesn’t open Mon/tues. we drove out to the Rose Revived on the Thames a few miles away and had a decent meal in a lovely setting . Witney is a surprisingly lovely town despite some roadworks . Abingdon , not so nice in parts.

We will definitely be back , it’s about 1 1/4 hrs away for us so good for just a couple of nights . We normally go adult only so I imagine it’s going to be busy with families through the rest of summer....Read less.

They had a tree felling company cutting down some trees which was quite noisy and there was saw dust all over. Luckily we were around the corner but there were people right next to it which definitely would have put a dampner on their holiday.

My fiancé was playing music on a small portable speaker (smaller than my hand). It was at a nice level until a member of staff come over said that someone had called reception to complain as the music was too loud and asked him to turn it down even though she commented herself saying that it wasn't loud. Yet we were still expected to and did so willingly. The park have a quiet time were no music etc is played which is fair enough but this was mid afternoon. We booked our first trip in a motor home, which we bought due to our daughter’s ALL diagnosis. I called to book via Dee and explained our concerns and need to be flexible. She literally could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She went through all of the available pitches and put us under a big tree so we had plenty of shade and said that they would be flexible if we needed to change, if Sophie wasn’t well enough to go away.

The facilities were immaculate, especially the bathrooms. You constantly saw staff lead / dust blowing and keeping everything tidy.

Our car wouldn’t start when we left and Dees husband was straight there to jump start it. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

You can park your car at the Rose Revived pub and put your own paddle boards / kayaks into the water there if you buy a drink at the pub. It was a great weekend at a difficult time for us....Read less.

We stayed at this campsite with our caravan for almost two weeks. From there, we took day trips to Oxford, London, the Cotswolds, and the coast, including Bournemouth Beach.

The pitches are spacious, very well maintained, weed-free, and have firm ground. The campsite is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery and a pleasant, spacious layout. The sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and are always spotless. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great site with lovely quiet pitches with plenty of space. The facilities were great and kept really clean. We used the pool which was lovely and easy to book. We had a lovely meal in the pub just down the road the Black Horse. We visited Blenheim Palace and went to the park and ride at Oxford which was a bargain for £2.50. Visited the castle and prison museum which was really interesting. We loved the site, and the surroundings. Found a lovely pub just down the rd , The Maybush, which has the river Thames running by it, it’s lovely to sit outside.

My only gripe, hence the 4* and not 5* is the showers are push button which is an absolutely pain when you have thick hair to wash, also there’s no temperature control, so on a very hot day when I wanted a cold shower, it just left me even hotter!! We had a good week stay on this campsite. We had the bad luck that after a couple of days the tree cutter came for cutting two trees one after the sanitair building and one behind our campsite pitch so that was a lot of noising, tree branches and wood chips. Then we had problems with the dry room, you need a key but it’s was already giving to a person that want to was the next morning. In the room are two wash machines and one dryer and a wash sink. We had to Waite that person brings Bach the key. Finally we god the key around two o’cloch in the afternoon.

The same day the owner takes the measure that the door went open during the day and when want to wash they pay per machine at the reception and from there they put on the machinery.

We think that the sanitair building needs an update for instant the toilets flushing are bad you need to hold on the crane so that there is enough water to flush. The cranes by the wash tables give not enough water and it is not very hot. The mirrors ar...Read less.

Found by accident but what a little gem. Booking was easy. We only stayed for two nights, found it very friendly and exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff, were very polite and helpful. Facilities spotless with quirky washing up areas with elsan and drinking water all under one roof.

It maybe a little tight getting into some pitches and the dog walking area was a small alley, otherwise wow, we loved it. Keep up the great work.

Perfect location with plenty of walks available from site. Two pubs one on the doorstep and the other a 40 min walk away. The site is well set out with good sized pitches. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and clearly take pride in their work. This is our 3rd stay at this lovely site. The site is ideal for families and great for dogs with good walks from the site. The facilities are clean and showers good. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to tour the wonderful sites within easy reach of this area. The staff couldn't have been more freindly or helpful. The grounds were well tended, and all the facilities were of the highest standard also.

Our fully serviced pitch had a "service post" in a slightly odd position given the required caravan orientation, however, Ben quickly provided us with the necessary extention so that we could connect, along with a kind offer of any help with setting up (not needed, but a nice touch, making us feel welcome)

Our stay was during the red alert heat wave at the end of June, so, we were dissapointed to find, but only after booking, that the large swimming pool featured in the website is closed, we also understand there are no plans for it to be re opened either.

This pool was one of the main reasons we booked with Lincoln Park Farm, as the heat wave was forecast when booking. A slot, however, can be booked for the 9m pool, which remains open...Read less.

We were very impressed with Lincoln farm park from the very start being greeted by friendly ladies at reception.. loved the pitch we were fully serviced inc picnic bench and had plenty of space for our awning and car and we have a large twin axle caravan... Facilities were immaculate and kept that way throughout the day great showers with room to change and dry yourself... Even flowers in the ladies facilities. Had a lovely swim in the small pool I believe the large pool was out of action unfortunately but booked a swim and had the pool to ourselves. A great location to visit surrounding areas and local pubs by the river which did lovely food. All of the staff who looked after the site were hard working and friendly. Staff very friendly and helpful in accommodating our preference, although not guaranteed they do try to if at all possible, which is fair enough.

We live in the NW but I have an elderly Aunty who lives in Abingdon who we visit 4 or 5 times a year using the Caravan from Spring to Autumn.

We therefore combine a break with regularly coming to see her for long weekends from usually a Thursday to a Tuesday (5 nights).

Since acquiring Caravans and from the first visit some 15 years ago we have nearly always come back here.

Its a lovely site always clean and with an ideal location for our needs. Close enough to Aunty to be around a 25 minute car journey in Abindon, whilst also ideally situated for Oxford, Blenheim & Woodstock. The Cotswolds Villages, Bourton on the Water. Wallingford, Dorchester Abbey, Henley and even Windsor is doable. As is London if you want a long Day.

We found the site to be of very high quality, swimming pool, gym, every pitch fully serviced. The shower/toilet block was among the best I have seen. There is a bus stop directly outside with plenty of choice to many local destinations, the bus also allows dogs. Dog walks were a disappointment as you have to cross a main road before you can go down a lane and let your dog off and the dog walk on-site is just a small narrow path around the perimeter but it’s not very big at all. We have stayed at Lincoln Farm Park twice and have very much enjoyed it. The site is well maintained. Fish and chip van visits on a Friday evening, best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Toilets and showers are spotless. The swimming pool is great. The staff are excellent, super helpful and welcoming. We were attending an event and needed to iron my partner's shirt, the iron had not been PAT tested so we were unable to use it but Dee went above and beyond and offered to iron the shirt in her lunchbreak! We have stayed here for short breaks for the past three years as a family group of five tents.

Never any problems. There appears now to be a change of policy where the site does not like group bookings of more than three. They did accommodate us on this occasion.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ivan was a great help and had a great sense of humour.

The facilities are first class and spotless. The swimming pool is a great asset to the site, we always use it as the grandchildren love it.

We enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Farm Park. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a standard pitch which was only two minutes from facilities needed ie washing up, filling up water butt and easy access to grey water and chemical toilet disposal. The site was kept to a very high standard. The only downside was that the shower facilities are in need of an update, although I must stress they are kept very clean and tidy. The water in the sinks and shower automatically cut off which means you have to constantly keep pressing the on/off button whilst trying to have a shower and wash your hair etc.

We consider the site good value for money.

Whilst staying there we visited Oxford using the park and ride and Clarksons farm.

If we ever visited this area again we would definitely book into Lincoln Farm Park....Read less.

We had a recurring issue with drain odours on our pitch, staff came and did all they could but admitted that this had already happened two weeks ago. The odour made sitting outside unpleasant and the smell drifted into the caravan too!

There is building work going on next to the site (not sites fault), but the workers were hammering from before 8 in the morning, again not very relaxing!

The ‘dog walk’ isn’t really a dog walk and shouldn’t be advertised as one. Having two dogs, it’s something we look for in a site and it would be one of the deciding factors when booking....Read less.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were very clean. We took the bus to Witney and the reception staff supplied us with the bus timetable and advice.

We were near the toilet block but there wasn't a hedge between us and the block so I would advise a hedge in those pitches. Another little improvement would be to lower the drain level to ground level for the grey water as I found it a little difficult to lift a full container up....Read less.

A really well thought out site clean and very attractive but is in need of a little TLC. One simple example are the hair dryers in the gents. The staff say they can't get them repaired because the parts are unavailable. Then why have the simply not been replaced.?

My first time out in my new caravan. Always had a campervan before. I found this site a quiet haven full of bird song, mature trees and lavender. Lots of new things to get to grips with but was able to ask for help if I needed it.

We had a fantastic stay at Lincoln Farm Park and honestly couldn't fault it. We visited with the kids and my in-laws, and everyone had a brilliant time.

The site was immaculate throughout, with everything well maintained and cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made our stay even more enjoyable.

The swimming pool was a real highlight for us and was loved by both the children and adults alike.

A particularly special touch was that my mother-in-law's birthday fell during our stay on the 30th. The staff surprised her with a birthday card, which was such a thoughtful and personal gesture. It's little things like that that make a place stand out and create lasting memories.

The last time we visited was back in 2017, and after this stay we're wondering why we left it so long to return! We certainly won't be waiting another nine years before coming back.
