Campsite is lovely, clean tidy well kept pitches and the shower block amazing. Only problem we had was being next to the walkway between both sides of the site and there was a very large group of several tents and caravans spread out across the site which meant the kids were left running around shouting and screaming between the two sides meaning my dogs were constantly unsettled. The large group got together each night at one of the caravans and played very loud music until 1030 while singing and talking quite loudly. Admittedly they turned it off at the designated 1030 time but would then still talk loudly while packing up and moving across to their own spaces so therefore were loud past curfew. I am all for kids playing outside and for people having fun but there was no consideration of others and as we had gone for a chilled quiet weekend it meant we didn’t sleep well and the dogs couldn’t settle as they usually would. Whilst the campsite is immaculate with large pitches, unfortunately it was let down by false claims on their website.

It clearly states 2 pools and a games room for children.

Our 10 year children were very dissapointed thst the 2nd pool was closed and in the games room, most of the games were out of order.

Looking back at previous reviews, it was noted in Aoril (4 months earlier than our visit), the 2nd pool wasn't operational.

The staff were super super friendly, the shop was the best stocked campsite shop i have seen, on Friday we had fish and chips from the on site van and on Saturday pizza. Right next to the site there is a pub with delicious food and drink, facilities are spotless and there is an indoor pool for the kids and a great play area. If in the area this place is a must! The Standlake mosaic walk also takes you to 2 more pubs in Newbridge, an easy country foot path walk safe for kids too!...Read less.

We stayed here as a last minute booking and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The one thing we didn't consider about The Cotswolds is how you have to drive to everything when compared to a seaside site. But with that being said we did everything you can think of within a 45 minute drive - canoeing at the Maybush Pub about 5 minutes away (sign on site for Del Rio Adventures), Cotswolds Park Farm, Farmers Dog, Diddly Squat, Daylesford Organic.

The site itself was very clean and beautifully kept, amazing play area, great onsite shop with all your camping (as in plugs, wires, guy ropes etc) and the essentials you need in terms of F&B. Our battery in the caravan went kaput one night and a member of staff kindly helped us disconnect it as we're real novices!

Second visit to this lovely site. Booking was easy, staff were very friendly and accommodating. I requested 2 pitches next to each other for a motorhome and one for a large tent. We had 45 & 45a which were perfect. 45a had a tree which provided very much needed shade and a fresh water tap. We were close to the facilities.

Our pitches were spacious and spotless, with plenty of space to play racquet games and frisbee.

The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean. I particularly liked having a wash basin and mirror in the shower cubicle.

We were hoping to have pizza Saturday evening but by the time we went to order they had run out of bases. To avoid disappointment you should get there nice and early.

The staff are visible and spend lots of time cleaning and doing the gardening. I like that they do several walk rounds during the day just to check everything is ok.

The location is great, walkable pub in the village and lots of places to visit plus nice walks from the site....Read less.

We visited with a large group (family) and camped in tents and a camper. Really friendly welcome, the shop is well stocked (the local eggs are amazing). The main pool was closed throughout the summer and we couldn't get a next day booking for the small pool which was a shame. However, there are lots to do in the area. 20 mins from Burford, lots of running trails and a mosaic art trail nearby. The facilities are clean and well looked after. Not much space for the kids to play in (no wider field) but that didn't stop the children from having fun....Read less.

We had a problem with our caravan on arrival, reported it to reception, Ben came to check the pitch electrics, not our mistake with hook up, but blown fuse in our caravan. Very helpful information that a local company could help, we made a call and the lovely Jacob arrived within 15 mins. He pinpointed the problem that required a new part which he duly ordered there and then. He came back two days later fitted the part and all was well. This did not affect our stay and we were able to cope and thank you to everyone who helped. Our allocated pitch was perfect and we were happy just to chill and enjoy the lovely weather. This was our 2nd stay at Lincoln Farm Park, but absolutely won’t be our last. The whole park is spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Staff can’t do enough to help out. We went with family and friends and asked for pitches close to eachother, which they gave us. The swimming pool was a huge hit again with the grandchildren, and just the right water temperature. We visited the local pub ( only a 5 minute walk away) for a meal, and it was excellent…. staff very friendly and food very tasty with not a long wait. The food wagons on site were excellent as well. We will definitely be returning again to Lincoln Farm in the very near future ….. excellent stay once again....Read less.

The site itself is pretty and the facilities are clean, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The ground was so rock-hard that even heavy-duty gravel pegs couldn't safely secure our tent, campers simply shouldn't be expected to pitch on ground like that.

However, the main issue was the staff. Moments after arriving, members of our group were shouted and screamed at because a dog lead was slightly too long and a car wasn't parked on the right side of the pitch while still unloading. Children were left crying, and instead of an apology, we were villainised and banned from the facilities. The wardens and manager banded together to bully our group in what was a bizarre, extremely childish display. People like this have no business working with customers and completely ruin the feel of the campsite, I’ve never seen such petty behaviour. Basically if you’re a family who wants to camp and have fun this isn’t for you, it’s extremely strict. I wouldn’t recommend this site...Read less.

The park itself is very well kept, with clean toilets, showers and a lovely swimming pool which our children loved. Unfortunately, Vicky and her husband completely ruined our stay.

On the first day, our dog was on a lead but briefly went onto the pavement. We immediately apologised and agreed to use a shorter lead. Instead, they became aggressive and confrontational, shouting at us in front of our children. When we asked them not to shout in front of the children, we were told “I don't care.” Our children were left crying and extremely upset.

Other campers witnessed this and approached us afterwards, shocked by what they had seen.

Later, Vicky shouted and screamed at me in the shop, refused to serve me and continued shouting as I left. I remained calm throughout. There is CCTV in the shop.

We also heard wardens shouting at other families.

The park has positives, but the behaviour of these staff members completely overshadowed them. We would never return....Read less.

We had a great weekend at Lincoln Farm Park with the grandkids. The facilities were spotless, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the grandkids loved the pool.

I was a little confused and disappointed that I had forgotten my driveaway attachment for my awning and was told that unless it was attached to my vehicle I would be charged, even though it didn't take up any more space., but I guess those are the rules.

LP is a lovely, well-maintained park with a friendly atmosphere all round. There are plenty of water points, service points and toilets, with lots of showers, sinks and facilities, so there is never really an issue.

Some of the all-service pitches don’t allow you to park your car alongside the pitch, which I feel should be possible for an all-service pitch. On our pitch, there was plenty of space, and the bench could easily have been moved back by a couple of metres to create parking space. A larger number of pitches should be arranged this way across the park. Not having the car next to you is inconvenient, as you inevitably leave things in it.

Navigation around parts of the site while towing can also be a little tight. This is partly due to cars not being able to park on some pitches, meaning they have to be parked in areas that can make some of the tighter sections more difficult to navigate, particularly where pitches are close together.

On my way to the toilets I watch my neighbours trip over cobble stones which were shielded by street light.

On the way back from the showers which were exceptionally poor I did exactly the same and had a bad fall open wound on knee and elbow.

Phoned reception to cancel the swimming due to accident was advised they could move to another day as I had paid for in advance.

A gentleman called to see where I had fell and put a yellow reflective strip on the cobbles to prevent anyone else falling.

When we went to reception to ask for our pool money back they refused as the said they had offered me another day.

I think it is unbelievable they want someone to enter a swimming pool with open wounds for cross infection..

There has obviously been no pool training for staff in the subject.

I do understand this subject as I used to teach it.

They were more interested in keeping £10 than asking about my welfare....Read less.

We had a fantastic time here. We chose this location as it was half way between us on the south coast and friends in the midlands. The site was easy to find, clean, well organised and the facilities were great. The staff were friendly and the pool was amazing. It was never too busy or overcrowded, the shop stocked the essentials needed, the food vans were great and our children loved the playgorund and making new friends. The only negative I can think of is that a lot of the games in the games room werr out of order, but as the kids loved being outside, this wasnt an issue for us. Nice site, very clean toilets, people lovely, the only thing that let it down for us was the dog walking area, it is very tiny, only big enough for dogs to do their business, not secured so cannot let dogs of leads unless they are well trained, a bit of chicken wire on the fence would solve that issue for dog owners, and also it may be a good idea to have the games room open of an evening in busy periods as it closes when the shop does. Just three days in July but very enjoyable.

The large weeping willows surrounded by lavender at the bases gave a calming feel even though the site was busy.

Reception staff very friendly and go beyond e.g. returning a lost mobile phone by personal delivery!

All facilities very clean given the time of year and near full capacity.

Families well catered for and our pitch was in a quiet corner which suited us two pensioners!

Didn’t get to the pub next door, but took grandchildren to Rainforest, from a leaflet in the information hut and we had a great day.

Some observations;

A hot tap wasn’t working at all in the wash and shave section of the gents loo

In another the auto light doesn’t come on so trying to shave in the dark!

No hot water in a remote washing up basin (next to information hut)

Showers great although doors need adjustment as the gap reveals all!...Read less.

Second visit to this site, the first was some four years ago. As expected, the facilities were very good with the toilet and shower block exceptionally clean.

There were food vans over the weekend and a coffee wagon in the mornings. All were very friendly and helpful

The swimming pool was one of the reasons we booked and took advantage of the family bookings.

It is quite a small site and the pitches though reasonable, if you have a large caravan or motor home it feels slightly tight. We had a full service pitch which was hard standing (gravel) with a small grass area before the next pitch. This was fine for us.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and had time for a chat

Lovely local surroundings, very well kept site with superb amenities. Generous pitch sizes, showers and toilets cleaned regularly, well maintained kids play area, swimming pool and sauna an added bonus. Staff very friendly and approachable, site shop has all the items you might need and the visiting food stalls offer welcome alternative to having to prepare your own meals. Local pubs (1 walking distance and 2 on the river a short drive away) have varied menus with kids options. Cotswolds Wildlife Park, Millets Farm, Aston Pottery, Waddesdon Manor are all within 45 minutes drive and well worth a visit. Beautifully kept site with lots of trees and flowers.

Pitches are in glades rather than regimented rows. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool is a bonus though a bit on the expensive side.

There is so much to do and see in the surrounding area as it is close to Oxford and the Cotswolds with beautiful villages, pubs, farm shops. The wildlife Park at Burford is well worth a visit.

Lincoln Farm Park is a lovely site with plenty of space and well-managed pitches. There are lots of mature trees and despite the heatwave the grass was green and the flowers were blooming!

The toilets were very clean and there were plenty of showers. We also really appreciated the fridge and freezer available for campers to use. The site felt very safe and secure and the staff were welcoming.

We used the site as a base to walk several sections of the Thames Path, which was beautiful. Lots of pubs in the area and take-away options/supermarkets within a short driving distance....Read less.

From check in to check out, this was the perfect site for us. We like peace and quiet but have 2 children to occupy and the small park meant this was perfect. The fully serviced pitch was large and we enjoyed having the use of a proper picnic table. The siting of the van to the left with the utilities post on the far right meant that we couldn't reach the water inlet. However, staff on site quickly helped us with some spare hose.

We loved the small pool, it was enough for our 2 children and used it twice. We also enjoyed the Windrush walk opposite the end of the lane, canoeing through Del Rio trips and visited all 3 of the local pubs for a drink. Millets Farm Park was a gem too, especially the cream cakes!

We had booked 2 pitches and considering for my wife and I and our 6 grandchildren. What we didn't expect was a hedge in between us. Why?

Staff moved the one pitch opposite to the other side of the road. Still not acceptable though.

The superpitch next to us remained available throughout our stay and could have been utilised.

The ground was so hard we ruined 20 rock pegs in the process of trying yo set up our equipment. Reception were kind enough to give us 8 from their collection.

Although not the fault of the site the nearby Black Horse pub had a 21st birthday function with very loud music, which caused issues with getting the children to sleep. This would make us consider staying with children in the future....Read less.

On arrivals we were greeted with helpful and friendly reception staff who explained where everything was and answered our questions. The site is beautifully maintained and very peaceful.

We took a bus into Witney which was really easy and could have gone to Oxford via the bus. We had a swim in the pool which was quite small but enough for a nice swim.

Shower blocks were absolutely spotless, and such a lovely touch of fresh flowers by the sinks ! We were with family and requested pitches together, which we were given, and best of all, close to the play park for our grandchildren! The play park was inspected and racked over daily, which we were extremely impressed with…. In fact the staff didn’t seem to stop maintaining the site all day long ! When we lived in Birmingham this site was just down the M40 and very easy to get to. We now live in Poole, Dorset and will happily drive the 3 hours to get there.

Such a nice site visually as when as atmosphere. The staff always try to make you feel welcome as if you’re coming home.

With buses at the site entrance to take you into Witney (or Oxford) you needn’t feel the need to drive once you’ve pitched up, and with 2 indoor pools available as well as a mini gym on site you don’t need to leave the site for something to do

Our first visit to Lincoln Farm Park after rescheduling our original stay during the heatwave -which was handled brilliantly . It was still pretty hot so not much time spent inside .

Our pitch was fully serviced and quite private (34) with hedges either side. The site was nicely laid out with very clean facilities . We didn’t use the pool or the shop during our stay. We did have a few drinks at the pub just down the road - the Black Horse, but not food as the kitchen doesn’t open Mon/tues. we drove out to the Rose Revived on the Thames a few miles away and had a decent meal in a lovely setting . Witney is a surprisingly lovely town despite some roadworks . Abingdon , not so nice in parts.

We will definitely be back , it’s about 1 1/4 hrs away for us so good for just a couple of nights . We normally go adult only so I imagine it’s going to be busy with families through the rest of summer....Read less.

They had a tree felling company cutting down some trees which was quite noisy and there was saw dust all over. Luckily we were around the corner but there were people right next to it which definitely would have put a dampner on their holiday.

My fiancé was playing music on a small portable speaker (smaller than my hand). It was at a nice level until a member of staff come over said that someone had called reception to complain as the music was too loud and asked him to turn it down even though she commented herself saying that it wasn't loud. Yet we were still expected to and did so willingly. The park have a quiet time were no music etc is played which is fair enough but this was mid afternoon. It wasn't loud aggressive music so we're unsure exactly why we had to turn it down. We felt ostracized. Fair to say our holiday was then tainted and we felt like we couldn't play music at all. We booked our first trip in a motor home, which we bought due to our daughter’s ALL diagnosis. I called to book via Dee and explained our concerns and need to be flexible. She literally could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She went through all of the available pitches and put us under a big tree so we had plenty of shade and said that they would be flexible if we needed to change, if Sophie wasn’t well enough to go away.

The facilities were immaculate, especially the bathrooms. You constantly saw staff lead / dust blowing and keeping everything tidy.

Our car wouldn’t start when we left and Dees husband was straight there to jump start it. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

You can park your car at the Rose Revived pub and put your own paddle boards / kayaks into the water there if you buy a drink at the pub. It was a great weekend at a difficult time for us....Read less.

We stayed at this campsite with our caravan for almost two weeks. From there, we took day trips to Oxford, London, the Cotswolds, and the coast, including Bournemouth Beach.

The pitches are spacious, very well maintained, weed-free, and have firm ground. The campsite is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery and a pleasant, spacious layout. The sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and are always spotless. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great site with lovely quiet pitches with plenty of space. The facilities were great and kept really clean. We used the pool which was lovely and easy to book. We had a lovely meal in the pub just down the road the Black Horse. We visited Blenheim Palace and went to the park and ride at Oxford which was a bargain for £2.50. Visited the castle and prison museum which was really interesting. Only suggestion would be better hairdryers but that’s the only improvement I could think of - excellent site thank you for our stay....Read less.

We loved the site, and the surroundings. Found a lovely pub just down the rd , The Maybush, which has the river Thames running by it, it’s lovely to sit outside.

My only gripe, hence the 4* and not 5* is the showers are push button which is an absolutely pain when you have thick hair to wash, also there’s no temperature control, so on a very hot day when I wanted a cold shower, it just left me even hotter!! But we will be returning next year and will be booking as soon as the 2027 calendar opens xx...Read less.

Visits to LFP never disappoint. The site is clean and attractive looked after by friendly and supportive staff. Access to many local pubs,walks and cycle opportunies make for a very pleasant stay. Added to this the local bus service stopping at the site offers access to places like Witney, Abingdon and Oxford as well as a very worthwhile visit to Millets Farm....Read less.

Staff were extremely helpful, professional and hard working.

The site is fantastic! Pitches are large and well serviced. Facilities are exceptional, always clean and maintained.

Lots to do within a short drive.
