The Hidaway is a beautiful park, with fantastic facilities and lovely staff. The pitches are great and it is great not to be in an open field. However that said I found it to be very unrealistic with the rules, I took my girls camping myself and the check in time of 2pm is late considering the check out is so early at 11am!!! It is not a hotel where you just have your suitcase to pack, it was quite a lot to manage and I wonder what the park needs to do in them 3 hours with the pitch? I understand having the times for the glamping pods so they can be cleaned. Also I found the rule to take shoes off to go the the toilet very strange, I understand it is the keep the facilities clean but I would always make my children put shoes on in a public toilet. All things aside we had a Lovely stay and would probably book again. We visited Monk Farm Park too which was fabulous, only 15mins drive from the site and definitely worth a visit
