We decided to come back to Baxby after not having been for many years. We could see that the site has expanded with the new log cabins and tree house and cafe also which was a great addition. We did comment on the price, we think £30 per night is quite expensive in comparison to other sites. We also thought that although it's great having a camp fire, there needs to be buckets or sand or water near the pitches in case the fire spreads or causes fire to someones awning etc. Also at night time you can't see a thing, the road or pitches are lit at all and could do with some soft lighting to guide the way especially in an emergency. Not withstanding, we had a lovely time and it is set in a lovely quite spot surrounded by lovely views.
